   I've been a patient at the practice for over 20 years and had a variety of procedures including implants, routine fillings and crowns. Patient care is excellent and Ferry is the best dentist I've ever found. Highly recommended.

   I’ve been a patient of the practice for over 45 years and a patient of Dr Pour for almost thirty of them. I wouldn’t see any other dentist and would still visit him even when I was based in New York. Dr Pour cares about his patients, has a calm manner and is expert at handling nervous patients while demonstrating dexterous dental skills.

   I hadn't been to the dentist due to fear and also lack of money for a long time. I went in with my teeth needing a lot of treatment. Everyone has been so kind. The receptionists are lovely and my dentist and dental nurrse are awesome. Two appointments out of three and my smile has been transformed. Would highly recommend this dentist for anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to visit a dentist in a while and might be a bit embarrassed or apprehensive.

   As an extremely nervous patient with a fear of the dentist Dr Suliman Sayed and his dental nurse made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I had my first filling and they talked me through the whole thing and let me take my time. The receptionists were just as nice.

   I have been seen by doctor Nader at this practice many times. I have a rare genetic condition and suffer superseded immune system so I get to see him a lot. I also have extreme fear of dentists, obviously before I know him. Dr Nader always ensures to reduce my anxiety first. He is great at what he does but most importantly he has really amazingly kind bedside manner. Chair-side manner in his case :). He has referred me to hospital for further treatment but at the same time he made sure I am pain free and able to carry on with life until I get seen at hospital. It is a very busy place but the whole team ensures you get seen if you really need to. Thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception. Always tried their best for me. Keep on at the good job you doing. You literally make people to be able to smile Dr Nader and team.

   Very unexperienced and careless doctors in this surgery. Done RCT ,still in pain and infection was growing up. After so many appointments they advised me to go specialist as they can’t do anything. When I went to specialist doctor clearly said RCT IS DONE WRONG . He did full radiography and most worse thing done by this surgery is that they left a piece of cotton inside the tooth and closed it by permanent filling. It’s really shocking Because of them I had to lose my teeth as their was a big cyst under the teeth. Really disappointed… can’t trust them anymore.

   It seems the only thing this practice does on NHS after pandemic is checkups and referrals. You would think that root canal treatment is such a basic service any dentist would perform, but not here! Utter waste of time. My husband waited 3 days in extreme pain in hope he would be treated, only to be told on the day that they don’t do root canals!! It could have been avoided as he attended check up 2 months ago but the dentist didn’t see any problem with his tooth. It comes as no surprise to me now seeing the equipment they work on, the only place for it is at the museum!!
