   I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dentist Matilda and Hygienist Laura! From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Laura did such a thorough and gentle cleaning — she explained everything as she went along and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Both were professional and wonderful. Dentist Matilda was wonderful. She took the time to review my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Both Matilda and Laura love what they do and want the best for their patients. The whole visit was smooth, friendly, and enjoyable (which I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist!). I highly recommend Dentist Matilda and Hygienist Laura — they’re an amazing team who make dental care feel easy and stress-free. The reception team — they’re honestly amazing! Every time I come in, they’re so warm and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable right away. They’re always so helpful with booking appointments and answering any questions I have, and they do it all with such a friendly attitude. You can really tell they care about their patients and want to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. It makes such a difference walking into a place where the people at the front desk are genuinely kind and professional. The receptionists here are a part of what makes this practice so great!

   My experience since signing up with this dental practice has been amazing. CARE DENTAL SMILE STUDIOS, really keep the customer at the forefront. My personal Dentist; Anita Varkey is an amazing practitioner. I encountered a major issue, then visited for a again for an emergency for a totally separate reason, and it goes without saying, her skill set is formidable. She diagnosed my issues without wasting my time, and offered me options/solutions which were tailored around me. Kudos to Care Dental Smile Studios and one of their resident Dentist's, Anita Varkey!

   I have a terrible phobia of the Dentist. But this Dentist practice is brilliant. They care they listen there very gentle. The Receptionist are always polite and very respectful everyone in there is jolly !! It’s a lovely atmosphere . Thank you for everything you have done for me being a patient with a Phobia .

   Rude receptionist with no people skills and a horrible person to be greeted by - a receptionist requires a warm, friendly, welcoming person, and she is the opposite of that. Cancelled my appointment with no courtesy to let me know (she claims she tried ‘multiple’ times, but when I asked her how many times multiple was, she failed to give me an answer). I took a day off work at the office for my appointment and I turn up just to be told my appointment was cancelled by a rude receptionist who was unwilling to help! Never met someone so heartless and unadjusting.

   Farrakh Waheed : With reference to Care Dental, I would like to mention that the dentists [Prashant] and {VIRDEE}, every single staff and the whole service package has been excellent and consistent through out. We complain about every minor faults and errors but always miss out to acknowledge the bigger picture that goes on behind with everyone’s individual input that contribute to a team effort delivering such excellent service like Dental Care, that consistently executes such high standard services to their patients. However today I am here to acknowledge Care Dental’s Receptionist “Farrakh Waheed” who consistently keeps delivering excellent Customer Services skills. That place “Care Dental” is a super busy outfit, there is various patients coming in with various dental issues, some registered and some not registered with Care Dental, Postman and other delivery agents coming and delivering packages, more than one telephone ringing constantly, along constant liaison with dentist and nurses simultaneously. Daily in an out all this is being dealt by the one and only Farrakh Waheed on her own. She consistently executes all those duties pitch perfectly proactively and with upmost professionalism. She is always caring, passionate, smiling , friendly but not over friendly and always on the ball, no matter how much is going on at the background, she is always positive, calm and collective, who always pays complete attention to details, Prioritises her work with patients waiting , the phone calls on hold and the dentists and the nurses constantly liaising with her all at the same time. She is the best example of a multi tasker. I have never ever seen her to loose the plot, as her job, is a job which is very pressurising, a very demanding and a very stressful one. She always maintains her cool, her balance, her dignity and has a positive aura that she emits out of her at all times. She is a genuine good human being and hence all the above skills come naturally to her. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job, the products and the services at the back of her hand, which makes her very confident and easy to communicate with. She has excellent communication skills and this is primarily because she is a damn good listener, pays attention to ever detail. Very focussed , very proactive, able to cope with pressure and constantly prioritising as most of the time she is on her own and works as an individual but also switches to be an excellent team worker whenever required. She genuinely cares for people and hence she constantly delivers the best “Duty Of Care” without even thinking about it, as it comes natural to her. However she also knows when to be stern, be rigid and be assertive when the job demands her to be. So people can’t play her as she won’t allow that and will say NO when she has to. I have silently watched her and her executions a few times and today I had to ask her for her name as I did want to put this on an email so that she gets the acknowledgment that she rightfully deserves. I hope you could pass this on to “Farrakh Waheed”. I will very soon, try to put this on Google and other social media platforms as you all need to be recognised. I am glad I could do this as it was my duty to do so. Bestest regards to all Paul Sengupta

   Hi I am with this dental practice from last year. Whenever I been there I had a fantastic service. I would like to say thanks to Dr Virdes, he is a really good doctor and he is really good human too. I will also say thanks to the receptionist she is a very good lady, there are two but one of them is the best, unfortunately I don’t know her name but next time I will definitely ask her name to mention here. So guys as I said will ask her, I have asked her name, and her name is Fara, she is very polite and she has very good manners and respectful. Thanks a lot from care dental Bathroad. Really recommend it to everyone.

   Absolutely rubbish service. Quick to take deposit in advance and confirm a appointment 3 to 4 times in advance but cancel on the morning at 8.48 before the 9.30 ...but then they make you beg for your refund. Unprofessional staff. Do not recommend at all. Both Receptionist are rude, one with a greying problem who demands respect when she has none to offer with poor professional. Liars and thieves. Refusing to give the refund over the phone and made me come to the practice. Do not use. Time wasters. Plenty of better dental practices in hounslow with close to 5 star reviews and not known for breaking peoples tooth and over charging them. Word of advice - customer service... customer is always right especially when you as a practice are making the mistakes. Rubbish experience rubbish staff.
