   Staff are very friendly and so helpful. I saw Dr Roy the dentist and he is just so lovely, kind and very patient. I would highly recommend this dentist surgery. I have just seen the Hygenist and she is also so patient and gentle. Main receptionist is very helpful, greets you with a smile and friendly.

   Olga and her assistant have been my dentists for a few years now and they are brilliant. Very kind and professional. I’ve gone to other practises in area and always felt fobbed off with the service and bad organisation. I would highly recommend the practise!

   I would just like to say that Olga has been my dentist for some years now. I am a nervous patient. The way that Olga helps me get through the de tap work is absolutely incredible. I cannot thank you enough. Literally I am made to feel so comfortable and the whole experience is so calm and not at all scary. Jenny the dental nurse was also so I formative and the advice I had today was the best. I would like to say a massive thank you to you both. I hope Patsy gets well soon as she is also great on the front desk.

   Today I got my white filling treatment for two front teeth which are recently chipped off. Before the treatment I was worried about how the shape may look like after treatment. The white filling was done excellently and in perfect shape!. Thank you very much Dr. Neelam and reception team. The hygiene standards of the practice are also excellent.

   Excellent service!!! Receptionist very professional and helpful. And Dr Shimirty? Amazing. Very professional also, patient, calm and reassuring. Responded to all my questions (and they were a lot) in a very detailed way. Would highly recommend this practice.

   I've been a patient at Stanes Lodge for over 20 years and I would highly recommend Dr Neelam Chadha and her team. All the treatment I've received has been professionally delivered, well explained and without pain! It is also good to see the premises being upgraded and refurbished. I attend as a private patient and the charges are reasonable.

   Was extremely unhelpful, for emergency reasons my partner had to move house during lockdown so was not a patient at any local dentists. She needed emergency treatment that would've been treated had we not had a lockdown, but she has gone months without treatment due to being unable to travel to her old dental surgery and the surrounding area not taking on any NHS patients. Obviously the situation is a lot worse now. Lady on the phone was very abrupt and only advice offered was to pay private, she had no sympathy at all. It genuinely felt like she didn't care, which surprises me that someone like that should be working in a place that is meant to care for other people. I think this is why a lot of people avoid dentist altogether, especially this one that is so uncompassionate. On our way currently to A&E as after calling 20 'closest' dental surgeries, my partner has gotten so ill from the issue that she's struggling to keep herself up and feels faint. I think she has blood poisoning from the infection in her tooth. I am so worried about her.

   I've been a patient here since a kid (30+ years) and switched to their Denplan offering approx 10 years ago which is made up of monthly payments to cover all annual work. Now, as part of my plan i'm supposed to have 2 hygienist appointments and 1 check-up annually plus all repair/treatments where required. Given the practice has been closed for 6 of the last 12 months and general appointments cannot be made till November, I will have paid over £400 for a year of zero treatment. When raised with reception the answer was a simple "oh well" which just adds to my annoyance. The better option would have been to downgrade peoples plan amounts during the closure period.
