   My name is Viktoriia Gasoian, and I have been a patient at Heston Smile Studio for several years. Unfortunately, my experience has become extremely disappointing, and I feel it is important to warn other patients. I am especially unhappy with the dentist Iman Ali. I had previously asked the clinic not to book me with this dentist, as she failed to help me during earlier appointments. Despite this, I was booked with her again. I attended the clinic with severe tooth pain. I cannot chew on one side of my mouth. A different chewing tooth on the other side was examined earlier at a surgery, where an X-ray confirmed that the tooth is broken internally. I was advised to urgently see my dentist for treatment. At the appointment, I clearly explained the problem and also informed the dentist that I am pregnant. Despite this, Iman Ali dismissed my concerns, stating that the tooth was not broken and that it was “just food stuck inside.” When I told her an X-ray had already been taken, she asked me where the X-ray was, even though all records are stored in the system and accessible to the dentist. Because my English is not perfect, I strongly feel that this was used against me, and I was not taken seriously. If I were fluent, I would never have been treated this way. I was sent home pregnant, in extreme pain, without any treatment or help. I am now suffering daily, unable to eat properly and unable to sleep at night. This level of care is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards a pregnant patient. I deeply regret trusting this clinic and hope management takes this matter seriously.

   I highly recommend this dentist, due to the educated, staff that have knowledge and friendly. I am happy that Sci, was very professional and went through everything step by step. Thank you as I have Turkey Trauma and feel alot of anxiety when I visit the dentist. I am happy to be your patient. Receptionist with pinky hair is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend.

   Anyone looking to get their smile sorted, look no further than The smile Studios Heston whole team are amazing from the get go, from the initial consultation to my last appointment. Dr Iman truly is amazing at her job. After the first conversation with her, she knew exactly what was needed and how to do it, I have no regrets and would recommend anyone to The Smile Studios Heston . I am over the moon with my treatment and can’t believe My experience been great from start to finish, and I’m sure the results are everything I want and even more. Marta , the lady at reception was always lovely too whenever I rang or I was actually in the practice. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so so much ❤️

   Had a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. Professional and communicative staff, clean and nice facilities. My dentist was calm and reassuring, got on with the job and it was all over pretty quickly. Very efficient, highly recommended.

   Im absolutely terrified of dentists, due to bad experiences in the past, but had finnaly to do a clean up and get my teeth back in good shape, the receptionists very nice and polite very good customer service, always happy to help with any query. The hygienist Miss Inga Sinkeviciene very good professional you can clearly see she loves her job she will explain to you every step of the way and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience, very approachable and understanding, i would deffenitely reccomend the smile studios and the hygienest/dentist Miss Inga, she will be my go to dentist going forward.
