   My sister has a phobia with MRI scans. She has had quite a lot in a short space of time, making her now claustrophobic. She had to have another MRI scan a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't sure how I would get her there. I got intouch with Jackie from Panacea Hypnotherapy. Jackie went above and beyond to help us out at short notice. I can not believe the difference in my sister. She went into that scan a little worried of course, but, she didn't need to be. She was a star. I am so proud of her. And I am so great full to Jackie for working her wonders on her. I would most certainly recommend Jackie to anyone who is struggling, not only with phobias, Jackie helps with a lot of other issues as well. Well worth every penny. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. Thank you so much Jackie.

   After trying many things to manage my anxiety, including prescribed measures, I was sceptical that seeing Jackie would be any different. How wrong was I ! After a few sessions, I was recognising positive changes within myself and this was noticed by my teenage sons too. (Miracle in itself, that the kids noticed something not on Tik tok) I feel a more positive version of myself that is no longer a prisoner of anxiety and regret. This is thanks to Jackie's warmth, patience and skill. Thank you.

   I decided to try hypnotherapy due to anxiety and chronic pain. Initially, I was sceptical about whether It would be for me. However, Jackie was very welcoming and explained how hypnotherapy worked. Jackie sent me a recording that helps me to fall asleep at night and the session also includes some meditation. Hypnotherapy has been invaluable in helping me to relax and to steer my attention away from the pain. I would highly recommend Jackie who has a wealth of experience.

   Jackie has been so great in helping me tackle some issues around food. She was able to see me at short notice before I moved away from Manchester. She really tailored the therapy every week and even though I only did 5 sessions, I feel like I made a lot of progress. The recording She provided also allowed me to "plug the gap" during the week. In our first meeting, she put me at ease and explained the process really well. As long as you go with an open mind and with a desire to change, Jackie can and will help you!
