   I’ve had both general dental treatment and cosmetic work carried out and the care has been exceptional. Dr Akil is skilled on both the functional and aesthetic side of dentistry. The results exceeded my expectations. The cosmetic outcome is natural, balanced and has improved my smile without looking artificial. The general dental work is equally as precise. His team are also proficient and caring. I am genuinely pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this dentist looking for high-quality general or cosmetic dentistry.

   This is an excellent dental practice. I’m a professional trumpet player and I’m very concerned about any dental procedures which may affect my work. I needed a double tooth extraction and implant. Everything about the consultation and care I received was absolutely first class and I’m very happy with the result. The practice is two hours from my home but well worth the journey.

   Akil’s skill and kindness put me at perfect ease as I underwent replacing ill-fitting veneers. I finally have relief from headaches and jaw pain. The new veneers look absolutely perfect yet realistic like my own teeth but better.    As a dentist myself I attended the specialist dental surgery for my treatment today. Dr Akil Gulamali is an absolutely fantastic specialist dentist. In my procedure Dr Akil was gentle, considerate and thorough. His nurse Jade worked extremely hard to ensure I was very comfortable, always offering me a rinse and tissue, and I could see exceptional team work between the two of them. I will have no hesitation referring patients to this surgery for specialist treatment, and I look forward to returning to have my composite bonding completed by Dr Akil.

   I’m a professional trumpet player, who suffers quite badly with bruxism. My teeth were wearing away from grinding in my sleep and causing all sorts of problems. Sharp edges of worn away teeth were pressing into lip tissue and causing me pain while playing. Akil, at The Specialist Dental Practice reshaped and built up certain teeth with composite veneers, and I am completely bowled over by how good the results are. He and the team at the practice have been nothing but incredible at understanding my situation and fixing my teeth to the highest standard. I could not recommend this practice highly enough.    The dentist Sophie, who undertook my recent tooth extraction was simply amazing. I went in to see her under medication to alleviate my nerves, crying and petrified. I can honestly say the procedure was painfree, and she was fantastic at calming me down, talking to me all the way through. I came out laughing and smiling and my husband could not believe it was all done as he said he never heard all of us stop chatting during the time I was in the surgery room. I cannot recommend this highly skilled dentist enough for anyone who has a fear of dental extractions.

   Update : chipped a front tooth yesterday, rang Akil and team, within 90 minutes I was in the chair and out again, fully repaired and smile perfect again. Amazing service. Delighted! Skilled, caring, professional and personal : all you'd want from your dentist and his team. Akil's been looking after my teeth since he started in Weybridge, and my smile is a testament to his good work. I've always felt well looked after and all the treatments have been wonderfully pain-free. How many people can honestly say they are happy to go to their dentist?! Recommend.
