   First time at this dentist, waited for over 30mins upon arrival with nobody attending to me. I was looking forward to getting my teeth checked out but I had to leave because I had other appointments. Terrible service, perhaps my skin color was not appropriate enough. No respect for time.

   Excellent - No Hesitation to Recommend This Surgery Extremely satisfied with my recent experience. Normally I do not like going to the dentist. However, the nurse and dentist here went to considerable lengths to help make me feel comfortable and looked after. Firstly, they managed to see me at a time which suited me, which is always tricky because of difficulty I have with getting leave from work. The surgery had a lovely calming waiting room. The cleanliness in the surgery was exceptional and all the equipment looked highly advanced. Looks like the place has been recently renovated with everything ultra high tech and modern. I found the dentist listened properly to my problems and took time to inform fully how my teeth were affected and went through a detailed care plan. Not the usual rush rush and straight into drilling or extraction! They used a camera system and x-rays to show me amazing images of my damaged tooth, from both the outside and inside, on a display screen to explain exactly where and what the problem was and how the treatment will help. I am really pleased I was also offered a treatment option of an Implant to replace a missing tooth which I can have done at a later stage. Amazingly they have the expertise to provide it 'in house' with out having to go else where. Just as well, because after just my first visit I will not be looking to go anywhere else. Best of all they managed to save my main problem tooth which unfortunately I had allowed to badly rot over the years (for fear of dentists!) with an almost pain-free root canal and filling. A superb team– no hesitation to recommend, from start to finish.

   A fantastic dental surgery. Having visited today and seen the dentist and dental nurse who are both new to the practice, I cannot thank them both enough. I was very nervous about the procedure I was having but they both put me at complete ease. Every step of the procedure was explained and they were both so kind and considerate. They both constantly checked I was comfortable throughout and it was completely painless. I highly recommend this surgery - thank you so much.
