It was amazing. On the night of my check up a very beautiful nurse did an x-ray on my tooth. I wasn't happen with the results of my tooth, but the service was 10/10. And she even found a private investor to pull my tooth. Thank you Damira because I've been battling with this tooth ache for 5 years, and haven't been able to afford it
Rang 8am on Friday morning on behalf of my husband who was in terrible pain with a swollen face, was offered emergency appointment 2 hours later as a new patient! Many thanks to Reem the receptionist for fitting us in so quickly and to Dr. Aksa the dentist for her swift assessment and prescribing of much needed antibiotics. (Apologies if I have misspelt names!) Her chair side manner was excellent and my husband felt very reassured by her advice. Happy to say my husbands symptoms are much improved and we look forward to returning to the practice for full check up and treatment. Kind Regards, Melissa and Andrej Bartos
Excellent dentist! Really great and smooth experience on my first proper visit. Dentist was professional, quick and honest, didn't try to sell me additional non-required treatments. Hygenist was the best I've had quick, smooth and experienced. All staff was friendly and efficient. Availability was also great for NHS patients.

I’ve always found Damira Dental in Woking to provide a very professional service, they are happy to have me as a pay as you go private patient, so I can get appointments whenever I have any kind of urgent problem. In this case a cracked tooth required a crown, all the options and prices were explained to me very clearly, and I’m very satisfied with the result. It was easy to get appointments that fitted in with my work schedule, but my first concern is that both times I was seen more than 20 minutes late. Neither the receptionist nor the dental nurse kept me informed as to how late I was going to be seen, and I would hope that this improves in the future, that patients in the waiting room are told if there is going to be a delay. I also found it quite difficult while in the chair, my previous dentist would clearly talk through what he was doing, and what stage of the process he was at. As I’m hearing impaired, I found it difficult to catch what my new dentist was saying, and I would’ve liked more detailed information as he was proceeding.
I've recently had root canal treatment carried out by Joey and her assistant. I have a great sense of confidence in the team, they explained what was happening, very calm, sufficient anesthetic :-) Highly recommended by myself, and also my daughter who had her first filling by the same guys a few weeks' ago.
Terrible. Have been a patient since 2016. Fantastic service well priced. Since they were purchased by Damira priority has moved from patient care to profit. 2019 increased prices by over 50% with no increase in level of services. They also quote you prices then once you arrive for your appointment add on costs not previously disclosed. Woking has lots of dentists to choose from so please shop around and avoid this place.
I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and arrived a couple of minutes early. I waited in the waiting area until 8:17 a.m. when the reception is told me the dentist had not arrived. A shame I wasn't told before as I was sitting right next to her, I think she was hoping he would arrive, however, the dentist did not answer his phone after numerous attempts. I made an appointment at 8:00 a.m. so that I could go to work on time. I always leave myself a 15 minute leeway however, even if the dentist did arrive, it would still take him time to set up. And thus I could have been waiting for 40 plus minutes. I then had to ask the receptionist if anyone else can see me and it was only then she became a little bit more proactive in asking the other dentist for my check up. All I can say is the receptionist was very unwilling to give information and to do something about it. Rather it was me that was asking for information and being proactive in asking for a solution. A few issues have happened in the past with this dentist and it may be time for me and my whole family to be moving. The dentist I saw however was lovely and I have dealt with him in the past and his work is excellent. It's just a shame that front of house aren't so good.
This practise is better than it used to be when it was Maycroft. It's more organised and efficient. The parking is still awkward and tricky though. The dentist was professional and receptionists were satisfactory. It would be nice if the atmosphere was a little less awkward though as it feels a little lacklustre.
I saw a wonderful dentist who was professional, kind and patient and explained everything he was doing. (Hence the 4 stars) The receptionist, however, is possibly one of the rudest I have encountered! She was stroppy, patronising and very unhelpful. Judging by the reviews on here, I'm clearly not alone in thinking this! Such a shame because I've finally found a dentist I trust. Unfortunately the receptionist would put me off returning- no one wants to be spoken to like they're 4!
