“I started new at this practice 3 months ago and I found the practice to be very professional and availability of appointments was good. Dr Rita and her dental nurse Nadia were very warm and welcoming. Dr Rita was very focused on prevention she took X-rays to check for cavities (thankfully none) and she took time to give me lots of dental hygiene top tips and showed me how to use the interdental tools to follow to get my gum issue under control and ensured I had the right product recommendations and where to buy them. She has been a game changer to my dental routine and dental health.”

“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. “Just wanted to give a big shout out for Khalil (my dentist at Brookwood Dental Services). I have been going to the practice for a number of years now and have always had exemplary service from Khalil and his team. I am always very worked up prior to attending my appointment but Khalil always goes out of his way to help me calm down and explains the process, ensuring I receive adequate pain relief. At my last visit in May, he suggested a new form of pain relief that is administered to one tooth only, rather than all the teeth in the surrounding area. I have to say, I was slightly concerned that it may not work but it did and wow, what a difference!! There were a few peculiar noises but no pain on administration. I could speak normally and no dribbling, such a wonderful experience. Whilst the process was ongoing I felt the most relaxed I had ever been whilst sat in “that chair”. Once the treatment was complete, I left the practice raving about the single tooth anaesthesia and proceeded to tell all my friends and family about the best dental appointment I’d ever had. “Best dental clinic in town! Sync Dental in Wimbledon gave me the best experience. On arrival was greeted professionally by the receptionist and was told to fill out a questionnaire about my health before I was called in for my treatment the clinic is very clean and trendy. I had a few metal fillings replaced with with fillings which was a great experience being checked on constantly by the dental nurse, my dentist Dr Haroon Latiff is so good at explaining the procedure and excellent at giving the best dental treatment. I know of many people who hate the dentist but I have to say this is a dental clinic that you must go to. 5 Star rating all round from me.”

“Rang 8am on Friday morning on behalf of my husband who was in terrible pain with a swollen face, was offered emergency appointment 2 hours later as a new patient! Many thanks to Reem the receptionist for fitting us in so quickly and to Dr. Aksa the dentist for her swift assessment and prescribing of much needed antibiotics. (Apologies if I have misspelt names!) Her chair side manner was excellent and my husband felt very reassured by her advice. “My children and I have used this practice for over 15 years and we have always been treated exceptionally well. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention.
