Came in the early morning without the appointment but the woman at reception was so lovely, she was very friendly and helped me to connect with Mr Nigel Willis. He is absolutely amazing. He checked my tooth straight away and write down for me the prescription. Thank you so much for doing that. Definitely coming back.
Great experience with Dental surgery if you can say this when we have to go to a dentist lol This is my second time and both times urgent, last minute both my wisdom tooth broken L/Top and months later now R/top, both times painless and swift treatment good advice with no pressure. Dr Punkit Singh Sudan and his colleagues are great ! What more can i say, I messed up with times had book appointment for the same time as a doctor appointment it wasn't a problem and they managed to fit me in for earlier time. there is parking outside and they open from 07.30am. I left a voice message and they called back first thing in the morning i think lovely lady at reception name might be Louise ? but she sorted everything thank you to all.
After a really poor experience at another dentist - I took my Dad here to sort his teeth/dentures out. It was a really professional service, everything explained clearly and the outcome was perfectly fitting dentures. Recommend.
I cannot recommend this practice enough!! Years of fear left me putting off visiting the dentist but Naseema made me feel comfortable and calm, even on my first visit!! I have now visited the practice 3 times and cannot fault the care I have received, I have also taken my children who Naseema is also brilliant with. The practice is clean and all the staff are very professional.
Gillian and her staff have been absolutely amazing, after suffering and neglecting my teeth for 2 years due to a bad experience from previous dentist, I had been really nervous but Gillian and all the staff put me at ease and were so kind and caring, I had an extraction today and Gillian took her time and took me through each stage. So anyone who has a nervous disposition need not worry as you will be in extremely safe hands with this fantastic team!
I phoned Bradstowe Dental Practice on a Monday morning and they management to fit me in for an appointment 2 days later. I was a new customer of theirs but had heard great things. Dr White couldn't have made me feel more at ease and what a great job she did! They charge EXTREMELY reasonably and do fantastic work. Highly recommend
I have been a lifetime client of Bradstowe Dental Surgery, taken care of by the current principal since 1980. I have visited religiously for twice yearly check-ups/maintenance since then, plus any other necessary appointments. I can honestly say I have never had a single painful or scary dentistry experience in all that time. Even during extractions (only due to overcrowding), it was just a moment or two of discomfort during what feels like visiting good friends. I’ve recommended plenty of people to try them over the years and all have been delighted. Maybe it’s the pleasant atmosphere and clear, fair pricing structure, but the paramount reason might be the same as mine; everyone there is kind, warm, gentle, but most of all – highly competent. Closer to 60 than 50 right now, I have about 3 shallow white fillings – that’s it. I am sure that thousands of years from now someone will find my teeth and they’ll be showcased in whatever passes for Sunday tea-time entertainment, a la ‘Time Team’ in the future!
