   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m quite a nervous patient, but everyone at this practice has been so kind and understanding that it’s made a huge difference for me. Caterina is an exceptional dentist - gentle, patient, and always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable. The reception team, Cheryl, Jan, and especially Tina, have been wonderful too. Tina has gone out of her way to be kind and reassuring when I’ve been upset or anxious, and it really means a lot. There are dentists closer to me, but I’ll be staying with Caterina and the team for as long as I can as she’s really helped me.

   My Family & I have been visiting Andrew Ford at this dental practice for many years .. I have only the Highest Praise for him.. He has excellent skills & has provided us with Care & attention & all our dental needs have been addressed whenever needed.. I travel a long way to visit this dentist & am happy to do this ..    I’ve brought my mom back for a new implant treatment with Dr. Ricardo. He remains as friendly, patient, and compassionate as ever, especially with elderly patients. He explains everything thoroughly and delivers exceptional work. Simona and Rota, experienced nurses, are incredibly skilled and efficient. I had an outstanding experience at this dental clinic. The reception team, Cheryl and Tina, were incredibly helpful and navigated the Bupa instant claim process with ease, making everything quick and smooth. Additionally, the managers, Jenny and Aga, were attentive to patient needs, skillfully organizing appointments and handling all questions effectively. I highly recommend this clinic for its professional and compassionate care.

   I started new at this practice 3 months ago and I found the practice to be very professional and availability of appointments was good. Dr Rita and her dental nurse Nadia were very warm and welcoming. Dr Rita was very focused on prevention she took X-rays to check for cavities (thankfully none) and she took time to give me lots of dental hygiene top tips and showed me how to use the interdental tools to follow to get my gum issue under control and ensured I had the right product recommendations and where to buy them. She has been a game changer to my dental routine and dental health.

   Bupa orthodontists was fabulous. Everyone who worked with me was kind, patient and extremely professional. I got the results I had dreamed of and couldn't recommend them more highly. A great experience and now I have a beautiful smile thanks to the folks at Bupa. ( It was because of Dr. Nabel , Justyna I got the smile of my dreams!!!!!!)

   Had I known that orthodontal appts would have been available only one day a week, I would have gone elsewhere. Because of this, if a wire breaks or a bracket comes off, we have to wait a week or travel to Camberley/Bracknell for a repair.

   Gave me a 90 minute appointment told it would be for replacement of post and new crown on implant .kept almost half an hour waiting ? Dentist a bit vague then not sure he could do work then referred to the appointment as a Consultatation ??? Complete waste of time thrown out because I asked questions .upset and angry because I was lied to .all closed ranks and denied I had been given a treatment appointment even though I was told the price and they made several calls to me about it .
