   I had a severe tooth pain and was seen the same day. Excellent professional service from the dentist who provided antibiotics and clear guidance on next steps. I cannot recommend this dentist practice highly enough - I have been with them for over 10 years and have never a bad experience for myself or family.

   Yesterday I received professional and pain free treatment from the hygienist Nicola Reyes. She was very proactive and suggested a different approach to my long term treatment which other hygienists never have. Definitely will be coming back!

   I went to the surgery for emergency treatment, having had an accident and chipped three teeth (one significantly). The reception staff were incredibly supportive and comforting, as I was very shaken up. Dr Sharma went above and beyond not only in the treatment (which looks amazing) but also in making me feel at ease and calming me down. This is my usual surgery - but this experience really showed how great the team are.

   It was my first time at Molesey Dental Practice with Dr Emma Turay. She is very professional and she makes me feel at ease & comfortable throughout the treatment. I am very happy. I saw a big difference in my teeth. It has also added to my confidence. Dr Emma carefully explained to me my condition and I am aware of the whole process that I will take to make sure my teeth is healthy & aligned. I will book again for my regular check ups. In addition, the place was clean and staff all friendly.

   After years of not seeing a dentist due to criticisms, critiques and bad relationships with all the ones I've had prior I was sceptical going in but knew that my dental health would one day catch up to me. So I went just before I went off to university. my dentist was Dr Puneet Nagpal who was very kind and considerate after learning I haven't been for a checkup for quite some time and he went through everything very thoroughly but was gentle with the tools and his words, he wasn't condescending or patronising or putting any blame on me. He told me that I needed to have half a dozen or so fillings filled and I told him about my deadline as I was off to university by the end of the month and he was able to book me in the following week for 2 rounds of fillings. We also had other talks about personal life and how much sugar and drinks can affect my teeth and he went out of his way to google and search for things that I would like and made some suggestions. During the fillings I had to excuse my self a couple of times due to an excess of water filling my mouth and having difficulty breathing, luckily he understood gave me time to compose myself and settle back in and I was able to wear some headphones to help distract myself from the noise of the drilling and from the pain. All 3 times I went to visit him he went above and beyond any dental experience I've had before and has made me care much more about my dental hygiene even more so and has made me feel comfortable with going back to the dentists as I would dread it before. Dr Nagpal has been one of if not the kindest person who has looked after me in any sort of medical visit I've so often needed in my life, I could not recommend him enough.

   Dentist cancelled appointment on the day of the appointment on two separate occasions (second cancellation was 15 minutes before I was supposed to arrive for the appointment!). Family members also registered at this dentist had similar last minute cancellation experience. I am a young patient and feel I was complete last priority, as only offered an alternative appointment that was 3+ weeks away. Unforeseen circumstances happen but patients should be accommodated for, especially after months of waiting for treatment. Disappointing service - will be spreading the word.

   I had a lovely visit today, was greeted by Jennifer on reception and was kind and welcoming and Julie as well, I got seen to very quickly - I saw Dr. Bhamm who was very helpful and took time to explain to me what was going on concerning my teeth she also made me feel very at ease and explained the next steps of my treatment very well, will highly recommend this practice every staff was kind, professional and made me feel at ease!

   After 17years I went to dentist as I had not good previous experience, my heart was beating as little birdie before I went to see Dr Sharda Kaur Sharma for the fist time as I had a strong pain in my tooth. And she was able to healed all my past experience with her kindness, compassion, understanding and professional care, she took time to give me all information and explained every step and to make sure all will be comfortable for me. I am still thankful I met her and since then I am always looking forward to seeing her. I was also recommended to wonderful lady who doing all my dental hygiene and taking special care and patience to be my teeth free from all calculus, the change is visible and my heart is so thankful and happy, thank you for wonderful care.
