   My husband was sent here late today (Saturday) by 111 as an emergency. He was through the roof in pain and could not cope anymore with it. Sahira the dentist and Rochelle her dental nurse gave such care and kindness, beyond both our expectations, in such difficult circumstances for him. They were very gentle and thorough in their treatment and were able to totally alleviate his pain. We were the last appointment of the day and they gave him all the time he needed to resolve his problem and were so compassionate - it was quite emotional for him to be out of such terrible pain - what an incredible impact they both had. We both can’t thank them enough plus the lovely caring receptionist. Absolutely incredible service - thank you - we are so grateful to you all.

   Myself and my daughter saw Donna for a hygienist appointment. She was so kind, funny and very friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and what I needed to do moving forward in a non judgemental manner (and in my experience dentists can be judgy!). I’d absolutely return to her again and again, and feel confident in her service. Thank you Donna!

   Went for my dental and hygienist appointments recently. Got top service from both Scott and Donna. Having sensitive gums, Donna always make the time to clean/scale my mouth by hand. I had excellent customer service and instructions on how to maintain good oral hygiene and maintain my teeth. Can always trust they know what is best for me and my family. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery and been a loyal customer for over a decade.

   I have had excellent service and treatment from Berry Lane Dental Clinic for several years. Scott takes the time needed to ensure I understand the state of my teeth and any treatments clearly. He pays great attention to what is best for my particular needs. Donna provides a very good dental hygiene service. I am very happy to be a patient at Berry Lane Dental.

   I attended this clinic on a Thursday and Friday evening, with my partner who was in severe pain, after calling 111 both times and being referred there. My partner has severe social anxiety as well so I have to attend appointments with him as a carer. The dentist on the Thursday night was extremely helpful! She wasn't judgemental at all, was polite, comforting and provided all the information and helped us understand things we didn't know much about. The dentist on the Friday however, was absolutely appalling. She was polite enough to my partner but was extremely rude to me. She basically told me off and had a go at me for bringing him back when he needed it and 111 are the ones who referred him because they wanted him to be seen. The fear was that he had an infection so needed to be seen in 12hours to sort it out. I came out of that practice Friday feeling extremely upset and uncomfortable with how I was treated and spoken to. It was definitely not okay. It was intimidating, hurtful, uncomfortable, and many other things.

   Extremely helpful, fitted me in as had a filling come out over the weekend. Sorted me out quickly in one visit, as a nervous patient this was much better for me. The dentist was excellent, due to return for a hygiene visit. I have recommended this surgery to friends and family and they are also very pleased with their service.
