   I am amazed at the level of professionalism from Dr Rooz, he is thorough, attentive, credible and honest. He takes pride in his work and he has completely transformed my smile. For the first time in my life I am so happy to be smiling from ear to ear!! I initially attended this clinic and saw Dr Kush whom which is a great example for any young dentist working at this practice. However, I moved to a different area and one of my regrets is changing dentist, as this practise is worth travelling a thousand miles for. The hygienist is amazing and the front house staff are fantastic, they go above and beyond to ensure your appointments go as smoothly as possible. Admin was a bit confusing as you may be dealing with different front house staff and some information may not be passed over. Nevertheless, the experience is worth it 100% whether you live locally or live further away! Especially if you are looking for a teeth bonding specialist. Thank you to all the team at Watford Smiles!!

   I am extremely happy with my results, I got an invisilign treatment with teeth whitening and ended with bonding. Although the invisilign didn’t accomplish what we aimed for but what nearly enough there, Dr Ash did an incredible job with finishing my treatment off with bonding. It looks so natural goes with the shape of my teeth and I couldn’t be more happy. The customer service is also incredible, the staff are very helpful and will give you the best advice for your treatment.

   Excellent dentist. I had Invisalign performed elsewhere and developed a black triangle gap which prompted me to get composite bonding. On consultation I asked for a quote for “all teeth” to which I was asked for what purpose as my other teeth are quite good. Only 2 teeth needed to be sorted. I was impressed by the honesty and ethics of Kush. He basically turned down making more money. Really pleased with result. Very professional.

   I had been a long-standing patient at this practice when it was under the previous ownership, and the care and customer service were excellent. Unfortunately, since the new ownership, the experience has changed completely. On my last visit, I was quoted one price over the phone but charged more in person. The front-of-house team were unfriendly and unhelpful, which left a poor impression. The only reason I returned today was because the dental hygienist, Afshan, is outstanding — professional, warm, and very skilled at her work. Unfortunately, today confirmed my decision not to return. The new dentist displayed a complete lack of courtesy — both on the road outside the practice and inside the building. On arrival, there was no one at reception and no way to let staff know I had arrived. When he finally appeared, his manner was abrupt and dismissive. The assistant who entered just before me nearly closed the door in my face. When I shared my concerns at reception afterward, the response was indifferent and unprofessional. It’s clear the focus is no longer on patient care or building relationships, but on volume and profit. Afshan remains a credit to the profession, but she is the only reason this place retains any quality. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this practice under its current management.

She was professional, approachable, and made the entire process extremely pleasant, comfortbable and not to mention effective. The appointment went smoothly, and I left feeling well cared for and very pleased with the result. I would gladly recommend Watford Smiles, particularly Afshan, to anyone looking for a skilled and considerate dental practice or hygienist.

   Dr Kush and his team at Watford smiles are extremely professional. They explained everything clearly to me were very helpful in answering questions I had. I had a fantastic treatment and my teeth look great- I have had lots of positive comments. The treatment was not painful and I I got results quickly. The team continued to have good communication with me through out and I was able to have autonomy though the treatment with an app and a scanner allowing me to minimise the number of appointments to fit in with my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Watford smiles.

Having had composite bonding as a 50th birthday gift to myself and then the wonderful care and follow up I have received, I recommend this practice. All the staff are well mannered, friendly and great at their respective jobs. I am now a regular at the dentist now and I never thought I’d say that!

   My new go to dentist in Watford! Dr Kush and the team are amazing. Started my Invisalign journey in Feb of 2022 and by October my teeth are straight and whitened. Such a simple process and well worth it in the end. The regular consultations every 5-6 weeks are also amazing because he actually checks in to see if it is working and your teeth are healthy. Thanks again! It is amazing how confident a straight smile with little whitening can make you feel on a day to day basis.

   We have been for our six monthly checkup which we would never miss. Dr Visch is an excellent dentist very laid back which is ideal for anyone who is of a nervous disposition.
