I came for a difficult extraction. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The treatment by Pareet Shah was skilled and sympathetic. The surroundings were clean and bright. The five stars are well deserved.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Popat and the outstanding care he provided for my father. After my dad experienced complications from dental work done overseas, we were understandably concerned and needed expert evaluation. Dr. Popat was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He and his assistant conducted a thorough and careful examination, taking the time to fully understand the situation. What impressed us most was his clear, patient explanation of all available treatment options, ensuring we understood every aspect of the recommended care. Dr Popat is the best dentist I've ever had. I have been his patient for 18 months after having been referred from my existing dentist for a bit of a complicated grinding issue. Shameek took the time to correct my underlying issues rather than just aesthetically mask the symptoms and at all times has been incredibly clear and communicative about my treatment plan. He is the best. The other staff at Rosebank are also fabulous, very friendly, understanding and helpful, including the dental assistants/nurses and the reception staff. HIGHLY recommend.

Best orthodontist ! Archna is great at communicating treatment options and made me feel very comfortable. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable orthodontist. I feel very lucky to be treated by her.
First class experience. Everyone from receptionist to hygenist, dentist and dental nurse friendly and thoughtful. I particularly like it that the dentist knows my history back to front before I sit down. Patient care is second to none.
I visited Dr Popat (without an appointment!) to see if he could urgently help my son, who had knocked out a tooth at school. We weren't even patients at Rosebank, but they still saw him, and the whole team were very kind to my son (who was pretty traumatised). Dr Popat carried out the reinsertion calmly and expertly. This reinsertion was time sensitive, and the team really did everything they could, disrupting their patient schedule, to carry out the procedure in time. Dr Popat then saw my son each week for the next month, squeezing him in whenever he could. He genuinely cared about the outcome. We will always be grateful to everyone at Rosebank.
Thanks to Dr Popat and his terrific team, I now have a film-star smile. In-plant surgery is quite a major thing to have done, but everyone was so kind, and put me at my ease, and the outcome is very worthwhile. I highly recommend Rosebank Dental Practice, both at the time of the procedure, and for the aftercare.
