Saw my hygienist and l am immediately put at ease before l even sit down. During the treatment she constantly talks to me to make sure l am okay. Couldn’t recommend her enough Although being selfish l might not get an appointment with her.
My wife & I recently registered at Laurel Cottage Dental Practice & were required to have a New Patient Examination. The professional & empathic service was exemplary from Jenny & Ms Naziha Aslam. From the initial enquiry, communication & the examination including the Treatment Plans were of high standard.
I recently had my routine hygienist appointment with Roxanna, and I was very impressed with her care and professionalism. Although I was quite nervous and even considered backing out of the appointment, Roxanne was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout. She took the time to explain each step of the process and its benefits, which really helped put me at ease. I would highly recommend Roxanna, especially if you tend to feel anxious about dental visits.
I recently had a tooth implant at Laurel Cottage with Mr Naresh Hirani. I was understandably nervous as it seemed like a long and complicated procedure. My experience on the day was nothing like my expectations. I was put at ease straight away and the procedure was completely painless with minimal (if any) discomfort. Anyone considering such a procedure should not be afraid and I have no hesitation in commending Naresh as a true professional.
I cannot praise this dental practice enough. I have recently had two crowns. Nothing was too much trouble. The care and attention each patient is given is honest and gratefully received. Without Nix and his lovely staff members I would not have such nice teeth.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, easy and efficient booking system with appointment reminders. I was a little shocked and the length of appointments for both dentist and hygeinist - both seemed very short and not very thorough. Although the practice was quiet on the day I visited, it came across as though the check up was brief and the hygeinist appointment could have been more thorough. No mouthwash provided at the end either leaving me with a gritty and strange tasting mouth! Overall a friendly and helpful visit but expected a little more for the high price.
All the team are always friendly and professional at the surgery, but I would like to say a special mention to Vivienne the hygienist. I am not a fan of the hygienist (or dentists on general) as I’m very nervous. I visited Vivienne for the first time recently and she was amazing with me. Very patient and caring. She put me at ease and made the whole experience a lot more bearable. She was also very informative, with tips and advice and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from my visit! Thank you.!!
I don't know who should need to see this but you guys are just the most loveliest of people ..... what a Dental Practice you are. Genuinely never been treated with such brilliant ways and with an amazing sense of care for me.... its clear you all put your patients first. A specific mention from me for those covering reception but also for the dentist I saw today also. I would like this email to go to the owner of Laurel Cottage..... and to whoever that is, please buy the team an additional drink at your Christmas Do to recognise how amazing they all seem to be..... and for me my only regret is I have lived in the village for most of my life but wish I had come to you guys sooner. Thank you so much all and have the bestest of Christmases ....
New to the area looked Laurel Cottage up on google as you do . No regrets what so ever. The most welcoming and caring from secretary to Dentist. Im scared of them so to be reassured by all Great bedside manor, no pressure explanation of whats happening what going to happen. pictures you name it. Highly recommend anyone New to the area or old to boot.
Having avoided the dentist for a little while due to a small phobia, I visited Laurel Cottage and saw Jodie who is the hygienist. She is wonderfully patient and understanding as is the whole team at this practice. I haven't missed an appointment in 3 years because of the lack of worry ahead of the visit. Thank you all.
