   This review is about the receptionists — not the dentists. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From their attitude on the phone to the way they speak to patients in person, they make you feel like an inconvenience just for asking simple questions. It honestly puts me off ever coming back. Seeing other reviews calling them “professional” feels like pure bluff, because my experience was the complete opposite. The receptionists alone are the reason I won’t be returning.

   It's regarding my daughter who was denied dental treatment in the middle, despite her being the most wonderful 5 year old patient anybody can ever have, she was so cooperative while dental treatments. In our last visit, she was told that she is her most favorite patient and she will be seen in 3 months. But yesterday we got a mail that they will no longer treat my child because of lack of communication.. I don't even know what they mean by that, we communicate with them perfectly okay and take our daughter to regular visit. It is such a shock and I am feeling so helpless and sad for my daughter who has done nothing wrong and how a treatment be denied to a child.

   Removed me from the practice after my front tooth was ruined by the dentist and I’ve managed to fix it at another clinic. ! He refused to do check up throwing instruments on the tray after he realised that my front tooth looks perfect and it wasn’t his job. Highly unprofessional dentist who is unable to do proper job but pretending. When he talks he goes against his own words, like recommending something at the beginning of the appointment then saying opposite after , just proper mess. Lack of knowledge definitely the reason. The reason he couldn’t finish my front tooth was that he was running around asking for other dentists opinion then run out of time to finish what he started. He called me rude because I delayed answering his question about the name of the clinic (where my tooth has been re-done ! ) that is totally irrelevant question on check up appointment. This clinic will dismiss patients as and when they feel like it. According to other reviews I’m not the first and not the last experienced dismissal from the clinic for no apparent reasons. Whatever!

   Toral P was a complete delight and very professional. She took great care of me, was very polite and kind. She did a fantasic job with my teeth cleaning, and advised me on how to maintain healthy teeth. I highly recommend her. Many thanks.

   Our family has always had a great experience at this dental surgery. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel at ease with their friendly and professional approach. Dr. Omar Bhutta and Dr. Leslie Padayachee have both looked after us over the years, and we genuinely appreciate their patience, care, and attention to detail. They've made visits—especially the more nerve-wracking ones—so much easier and more comfortable. We truly feel in safe hands every time we visit. Big thanks to the entire team at the practice as well—everyone plays a part in making it such a welcoming and reliable place. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

   Excellent service every time. My dentist really looks after my teeth. He will always advise the best treatment that I'll need and the costs. I am never rushed to make a decision but I am given a few weeks to decide. The team are very friendly which includes the receptionists.

   I have recently visited the wembley branch of central dental care.... And I would definitely recommend this practice!! The staff from the reception team to the nurses and dentists were extremely professional, competent and friendly. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness and easy to follow protocol due to the virus is simple and efficient. My appointment was on time and completed within a timely manner. Thank you for your brilliant service! Happy to have found such a great dental practice for me and my family to visit.
