Have been with Dr Patel for many years. She always makes my children feel comfortable and at ease when visiting her. I would definitely recommend this dental practice for Adults and children.
I’ve had three visits with Dr. Patel, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly thorough and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable. I always feel at ease in her care, which isn’t something I’ve often experienced at the dentist. What really stands out is the way she remembers the little details about you—it makes every appointment feel personal and thoughtful. Dr. Patel is not only skilled but genuinely caring, and it shows in every interaction. Highly highly recommend! I've had many bad experiences at this place from a kid to an adult! They don't really care about there patients at all, they don't listen, not really understand, love hurting you during extractions ect which isn't needed! It's a shame as I thought this was a nice dentist but I stand corrected unfortunately
I can't rate the practice highly enough. It's a calm environment and always clean. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Shah is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. He is patient and understanding, always calm and reassuring. Dr Shah has made such a difference to my smile. Dental appointments used to cause me extreme anxiety, but thanks to Dr. Shah and his team, this is no longer such an issue for me. Highly recommended
We are very happy to have Carpenders Dental surgery close to our place! Staff are very nice and very friendly, happy to help you any time. The most important thing is that the doctor is telling you what's going to happen to you before he starts any work, so he always informs the patient or the relatives about what he is going to do. They always give advice and are very friendly. Happy to be your patient!
My two little girls attend this Practice.The reception always welcome and friendly. The dentist is always clean. Dr Hershal Shah is very professional and kind to kids. He knows how to deal with little and let her feels safe and comfortable. He explains treatment very well. We highly recommend it.
