   Very good dentists but at reception they charged me twice for a cleaning. They then said they would reimburse me and it would take 5 working days. However I had to call them again and they said that they forgot to reimburse me so I have to wait another 5 working days.

I have had a pretty full range of treatments, including a few emergency interventions. Every examination and treatment has been completed considerately and to an exceptional standard.    I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kaveet and his incredible team! From the very first consultation, they were so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I had composite bonding, a retainer, and teeth whitening done, and the results have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kaveet and the team guided me through every step of the process with such care and attention to detail. They even gave me a trial smile before I committed to the full treatment, which was a huge relief to see how it would look beforehand. The entire experience was so smooth, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results are nothing short of amazing. My smile looks so natural and I’ve never felt more confident. I only wish I’d done it sooner.    I saw Pooja for a dental hygiene appointment today prior to getting further treatment done and was slightly apprehensive and embarrassed as I suffer quite badly from acid erosion on my tooth enamel, but Pooja eased my worry completely, she was super calm, professional, kind and so gentle yet thorough that I didn’t feel a thing! I’m glad I found this practice as everyone is friendly, informative and not pushy, and the place itself is impeccably clean and modern. I’d really recommend, thumbs up!

   Excellent experience. Needed an emergency appointment owing to severe toothache (as a result of an emerging gum infection) and was seen on the day and given antibiotics and a plan for treatment.
