   My experience in Smile Rooms Kingston with Dr. Nigel has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and I felt very comfortable from the very first day. When it comes to the dental procedures, they were great as well. Dr Nigel takes care in the full sense of the word. The fillings are done with complete focus and attention. The doctor takes care and makes sure you don't feel any pain, and is great for giving advice on dental care and how to proceed. This is the only dentist I've been to where I'm excited to come back in the future. Wonderful experience where I came out with a beautifully fixed smile.

   First of all, Elizabeth is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Second of all, Dr Nigel is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As someone with anxiety, and in particular health anxiety, he really made the whole situation so much more comfortable - consistently being attentive to my needs throughout the treatment and ensuring he checked up on me; I felt so well looked after. He also explains everything in great detail, so that I could be aware of all the dental theory and understand what was being done - it felt like a lesson - which just shows how he truly cares about his patients. In addition, he is so friendly, funny and kind! I recommend this dentist so much. :)

   I received Invisalign teeth straightening treatment at Smile Rooms Kingston and would highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Nigel provided an excellent dental service, adapting to my needs and producing fantastic results despite my teeth being a bit stubborn! All other staff, in particular Elizabeth, were so welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the treatment. I'm very happy with my straight teeth, thank you Smile Rooms :)

   Amazing care and service! Dr Nigel is amazing and goes through everything with you so you're not left worrying. Had bad experiences before with previous dentists so I'm so happy I joined Smiles Room. Receptionists are so lovely too that it doesn't feel like I'm going for an appointment but more of a catch up.    This is the most amazingly, positive experience I’ve ever had from a dental practice and would highly recommend! I had a complex challenge resulting from previous work at a different practice. Having read Smile Rooms Kingston’s reviews, I decided to book an appointment and am so happy that I did. Elizabeth, on reception, was very accommodating and exceptionally warm and welcoming. Dr Nigel, was very understanding and made me feel extremely comfortable, at ease and reassured. He lessened my anxiety, explained what he needed to do and then completely fixed my problem. I really feel like he went above and beyond to help me and it was an incredible experience all round. Thanks for everything!

She is so friendly and welcoming and brilliant at calming any nerves you may have! Dr Nigel is fantastic! He cares about each patient and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the treatment process and answer any questions you may have.    The Smilerooms Kingston is the best Dentist practice I’ve ever been to. I had to get my teeth fixed 2 weeks before my wedding and Dr Nigel and Elizabeth went out if their way to fit me in for the consultation and then the treatment. They are always friendly and kind and really go over and beyond for their patients. The results are perfect and I can’t recommend them enough.
