   I recently discovered Dickens Yard Dental, and I can confidently say it’s the best dental practice I’ve visited in London so far. I came in with an infected tooth, and Dr. Sahil provided exceptional care — knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He explained every step from start to finish, which made me feel completely at ease. The receptionist, the lovely “Mama” at the front desk, is incredibly kind and welcoming.    I’ve been seeing Dr Vim and Colin for several months now, and they’ve been consistently wonderful. They’re kind, funny, and always put me at ease — we genuinely make each other laugh! Colin is gentle and reassuring, and Dr Vim explains everything clearly. They even let me put on my favourite podcast — truly the best care I’ve ever had. I no longer dread the dentist, and if you’re anything like me, you know what a big deal that is.

   I had my first consultation today, with Dr. Andrew Gardner. So far so good! He is very knowledgeable and gentle (I was worried about feeling pain due to a jaw problem, but I felt very comfortable) he explained my treatment plan clearly and advised me on the next steps. Prices are reasonable, as I have seen higher rates for other dental practices in the area. The receptionist is very friendly and polite.

He was extremely friendly and made sure to explain everything in detail, often stopping to see if I had any questions on what he had explained. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I felt that Dr Sahil was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend that others who are on the look for a new dentist try the practice out!

   After two dental disasters, I was very very pleased to find Dickens Yard Dental in Ealing. Long story short, one dentist I went to made a very ill-fitting retainer, and the filling I got from other dentist I tried broke after two weeks. On top of this all, I was leaving at the end of the week to go abroad! I was panicked, but Dickens came to the rescue! Where do I start! Dipti at reception is just lovely! So friendly, kind and welcoming. The dentists thoroughly looked at my teeth, including x-ray, scan and check up. They advised me clearly on what I needed to get done, and at a very reasonable price as well. What amazed me the most was their ability to make me a retainer (very good quality by the way!!!) within 24 hours! This was to ensure I had it in time for my trip so my teeth didn't move too much whilst I was away. The dentists were lovely, friendly, and so kind. I really really appreciate their effort and hard work - they were an absolute lifesaver. I will definitely be returning, and 100% recommend them.
