If I could give 0 stars I would. Starting first, the lack of communication. Inaccurate details given, changing of dates without actually being phoned to confirm the changes. Secondly, rude male receptionist, no understanding, no comparison and overall rude and obviously had no clue about customer services. On my first visit, after the cancelation of my first (which I was not updated prior, only advised of changes when I happened to call), I arrived on time as soon as they opened and as per the appointment time given. Door was locked so I continue to knock on the door for 5 miniyes minutes. Whenthe door was finally opened, I was told to wait outsidw. I then said my appointment was booked for 5 minutes prior. She then said, we are having a meeting and told me to wait in the nasty looking reception area which I did. I could hear lots of noise upstairs where all the staff were, and realised that they were actually celebrating someones birthday. I had to wait a further 10 minutes and was told to calm down when I inquired how much longer it would take. The male receptionist was dismissive and rude. On being seen eventually, I was told it was a consultation and not the actual procedure (something I was not made aware of prior) which annoyed me as I then had to book off more time from work. After being given a new date for the procedure, I asked what was required on the day. I was told I would need someone to collect me as I would be under anesthetic, so I arranged this. There was no email or text follow up to confirm anything just a slip of paper that I was handed, no one pointed out any information on the slip that may have come in useful. On the day of the procedure, my husband dropped me off an went to work. I had arranged for a friend to collect me. On going to reception, I was then told I could not proceed without someone waiting for me in the reception area. I explained that I was not told this before and had been told as long as someone could collect me, it would be fine. The same rude receptionist just raised his eyebrows and told me it was not his problem. I was fuming at this point. Luckily my husband was not too far away and came back and had to go back to work late which annoyed me, as he had an important meeting to attend. On then finally going in to be anesthetized, everying went wrong. I explained I have tendency to pass out with needles, rather than consider that, they decided to continue trying to train someone who obviously had no experience, stick the needle in my arm. The strap was so tight my arm was bulging on both sides and the trainee nurse kept messing up the injection. I'm screaming at this point for them to get off me. They carried on. It was only when I almost passed out that the whole crappy situation was stopped. I have blood tests and injections every few months being an ex Cancer patient, so I really was not overreacting, I had juts never experienced anything like it. Never had the work done. They referred me back to the hospital. Trying to then get a refund for the procedure also took Emails and 6 phone calls.... never, ever again!

Jawaria is the best dental hygienist I have ever come across, she makes me feel comfortable and considering I dread going to the dentist I actually look forward to my hygienist appointments because of her. She is so informative and makes the process seamless. She has helped me get my teeth to a much better place with her advice and guidance. Not only is she great at what she does as a profession she is genuinely a warm and kind person who cares and makes the whole experience a lot nicer than what most people would anticipate.

Would not ever come here again and feel deeply saddened by my experience, Dr. M. Navaratnaja’s manner was cold, detached, and dismissive. I came in already anxious, and his scare-mongering attitude only made it worse. He said he could take the tooth out but warned of nerve damage without explaining options or how close the tooth was to the nerve. He acted as if I was wasting his time — completely unprofessional and desensitised to providing patients with clear explanations or reassurance. I left feeling dismissed, frightened, and deeply disappointed. He was also condescending and clearly doesn’t value NHS patients compared to private.

I was sent here to have a really painful wisdom tooth removed and the women that did the removal were amazing. They were very well coordinated and it relaxed me seeing how professional and calm they were. I felt very little pain and they even let me keep my tooth when I asked! A couple months later and I’ve healed very well and had no issues. Thank you to the team at Sage Dental! ☺️

Brilliant and well-run Dental Practise! Had my wisdom tooth taken out from this dental practise and the staff here are amazing! The Gentleman at the desk and Nicola acted swiftly with what I needed before the procedure. During the procedure Dr Puja Morgan and the nurse Zara carried out the procedure really well and exceeded my expectation. I left the dental care satisfied with all the follow up questions I had and thoughtfulness in their responses.

The most friendly staff at any dentist I have ever experienced from the receptionists to the dentist and nurses. Everyone made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout my two visits. Dentist Dr Grewal is so friendly and always checked that I was OK throughout my procedure, she clearly explained what she was doing which took my worries away. Highly recommended.

Would like share my experience with Sterling House. Quite awesome. Starting from booking Nicola extremely helpful to get me a slot. Doctor Patel, Nurse Zahra was really helpful and removed my wisdom tooth without much pain. Thanks a lot and quite happy to suggest the same to anyone who requires treatment. Cheers.

I took my mother to this dentist for her appointment. A referral from our local dentist. As this is a long way out (two buses) and given the heat I drove. There’s three places with the same name; one with private (next door) and one with college. I phoned on the day of the appointment and was advised parking is available outside the practice and you need a permit. All instructions were clear, concise and helpful. Luckily for me I found a spot outside otherwise there’s an overflow but you need a permit. My description of this practice is clean, comfortable and spacious with clear guidelines on current climate practices. Those staff I engaged with; one chap with glasses and the girl with blonde hair (forget names) both extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They both made our journey and time spent at this practice very quickly and smoothly, a credit! Thank you those guys and the person conducting the procedure for my mother. I would recommend, Much appreciated! 5* all-round.
