The place is highly secured and you will feel safe living here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend any students looking for accommodation to try. It is also not far from the city centre, perfect if you want to live close to the city centre and have a good public transport connection to uni.
If I could rate 0 stars for this accommodation company I would. The customer service is absolutely foul. I was going to move into the flat but after viewing the room, the wall were stained and the mattress was very old. I requested for a new mattress and the team member showing me around said that this was not going to be possible as they are not obliged to change the mattress in every room. Considering the price of the rent per week you would expect the service to match up. I requested for a refund for my deposit as I was not willing to move into the flat. The company have taken over 2 months to refund me my money. Not once did they contact me or keep me updated on banking issues on their behalf. If didn't contact them they would have not refunded me my deposit. Extremely unfair and poor customer service, also they never seem to be in the office to answer calls.
It is a good place to live for all years, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would suggest this accommodation to other students.
Awful place. The rent is very expensive in comparison to CLV or Liberty Living. The washers and dryers are more expensive too, and the washers are small and dryers don't dry properly. I had no water for a week and a half and the water pressure in my block was generally unstable from September to February until it was fixed. The bins are not emptied often enough. When I arrived, my block kitchen was dirty and sticky from the previous tenants months prior, and still had their expired, out of date food and kitchen utensils. The curtain pole in my room was broken and the radiator loose which ended up falling off the wall later. There is usually nobody in the office even during office hours. The internet is unstable and the bandwidth and speed are capped at times (studentcom). Being right next to Bristol Street means you'll be trying to fall asleep with the sound of cars constantly very loudly next to you. My block smelled of weed most nights and the walls are paper thin so you can hear other people easily.
