They have really poor service the property are have fungi the heating doesn’t work properly I don’t even the charge £100 for service charge but they don’t do anything
These are total slum landlords. If you can live with one hour of heating 8-9am and 8-9pm if you use electric heater they come and raid the house during the night and take the heaters. They charge £23 per week for services covered by the £350 per week rent. Anything that breaks is blamed on you and a £50 fee is charged. They will enter your room and search though your things, also come in while you are asleep and property is then missing and your door which was locked now isn't so not thier fault. They demand service charges in advance from £147 for 2 weeks they wanted £100, if you refuse they give you an eviction for that day. You get 1 hour to get out all your stuff anything left is thrown into the street, even if elderly housebound and it's 3pm and raining. However if you can put up with it for a month you can join the group claim by past and present tennants for compensation due to the large number of standards, legal rights and breaches of laws £5000-£10000 is a fair estimate of compensation. So please rent asap so as not too miss out on joining group claim. Council are totally aware of the conditions and they are actively looking for all criminal offenses.
