after 10 months of Invisalign, I can confidently say choosing Dr Heather for my treatment was one of the best decisions I have made. She is thorough, friendly and proffesional. The aligners were easy to manage and the entire process was smooth. My teeth are perfectly straight and I am beyond happy with my smile. Would highly recommend Dr Heather and her team to anyone considering Invisalign!

Heather Samuels has been my dentist for 3 years now. I am very pedantic about my teeth, but I trust Heather so much. She is excellent and a perfectionist. She always goes the extra mile, and takes the time to make sure that she has done everything possible. She is also honestly so kind, warm and lovely, and answers all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions). Her dental assistant, Priyanka is also amazing, and so attentive and kind, she puts me at ease straight away. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Heather and Priyanka.
I feel blessed to be at this practice - always well run and patient focused. Met new manager on my visit on Monday who could not have been more helpful sorting an appointment for my daughter. Thanks so much. Great practice if you are a nervous patient or have had bad experiences elsewhere. Dentist we saw on Monday and dental nurse were very welcoming and calm.
I had a hygienist appt today with Dr Mariana Bovolato. She is singularly THE best dental hygienist I have ever been treated by! I told her I was nervous and normally found the treatment very painful. She was sympathetic and VERY gentle and despite this has done a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and clearing plaque etc. My teeth and mouth feel wonderful and I want to smile at people all the time!
Friendly reception staff. Good dentist (Dr Rujuta). But poor service when having booked this NHS appointment back in January 2022 (yes that’s how long the waiting list was!) to be told only a week before my 2nd November 2022 appointment that it needed to be rescheduled as ‘the dentist was not working that day’ was inexcusable. I’d arranged my life around that initial appointment, including coming back from holiday early the day before so as not to miss it. Better forward planning please!
Had my implants at Perfect Smile in Richmond.... One of my better decisions! Although apprenhensive to start, I was soon made comfortable and treated as an INDIVIDUAL at every step of the procedures. The aftercare service was also impeccable. Dr Sunil & Magda (the dentist & nurse combo) are simply the best. So professional, so caring & so friendly. Thank you for a positive experience.
Great Service, everyone at the front desk is great, very polite and know what they are doing. Dr Dinesh has been amazing, has done my check ups for nearly a year now and recently performed a deep filling procedure. Always makes sure you’re comfortable and fully informed. He made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the results and answered all question informativly. Will be sticking with this practice and Dr Dinesh for as long as I can!!
