   I had Invisalign treatment with Banning Dental Group (Crawley) under Dr Alissa. Dr Alissa was professional, calm, and clear in her explanations throughout my Invisalign treatment. She took time to discuss different clinical options at the final stage, including refinements, and did not pressure me into additional treatment when it was not necessary. Her clinical judgement was reassuring, and the final alignment result is aesthetically pleasing. I felt confident in her dental expertise during appointments.From a clinical point of view, I am satisfied with the outcome and Dr Alissa’s professionalism. However, the overall experience was affected by frequent appointment cancellations, limited availability, and unclear communication, especially when waiting for the final retainers. A complimentary Hydrafacial included in my package was also not proactively arranged. Good clinical outcome, but the service and communication could be improved.

   I had Dr Ioannis Gonianakis in Brentford for my Dental Implant and he was so nice and lovely. He explained the whole procedure and calmed my nerves and the whole process from start to finish was great. He explained everything in great detail and I understood what was going on and what I needed to do. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Maia was so nice and helpful. The office was beautiful too. I would 100% recommend Banning Dental.

   I hated going to the dentist because i have had a lot of bad experience. My first appointment i was very nervous and couldn't relax . The practitioner were very supportive with all the dental work as well as informing me on each stage what was about to happen. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful,clean and relaxed and its money well spent. You would always want to attend the banning group practice.

   One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dental clinic. The staff friendliness is an honest 10/10. Carlotta, at reception made me feel more welcomed here than at my own home. She remembered my name and face each time I walked in as if I came in everyday, always talked to me in a friendly manner and not like a robot unlike most receptionists. I achieved great results with their teeth whitening service with 0 sensitivity during the whole treatment thanks to Lorena who did a fantastic job in explaining how to use the products they provide you with. She always checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results and answered all my questions. She also did a great job during a previous hygiene visit making my teeth cleaner and shinier than ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their smile.

From the moment I was seen, the whole team was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Honor my dentist, was an absolute diamond who went through my whole procedure from beginning to end and had so much patience. Nurse Rasa, receptionist Carlotta and Oscar my Treatment Coordinator were absolutely brilliant with wealth of good customer care. If anyone needs a good dentist and one that actually takes care of their patients, look no further, Banning Dental is the place to go.    Everyone was so friendly and warm. I had a root canal filling and crown. Dr Nancy explained everything she was doing so there were no surprises. She and nurse Magda were very gentle and professional. The interaction between them was also kind and respectful which gave a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them. Just a warning, Dr Nancy s appointments get very booked up as she's popular so book ahead of time. I had 5 appointments and sometimes had to wait a few weeks for the next appointment as there were no slots free. Overall very pleased with the experience and the outcome

   I have been to Banning for an implant and other dental treatments. I have to say that it is a fantastic patient experience from the beginning, in between and the end of the treatments. Staff are very approachable, polite and professional. I always feel very welcomed with a lovely smile every time I have visited the practice. The dentist and the implantologist are all very knowledgeable clinicians who have the best interests of clients at heart, taking the time to clearly and articulately explained the procedure and the after treatment. I would recommend my family and friends to this practice.
