   Amy has been amazing. I have long standing depression and anxiety, linked to my past. I am now elderly and for the first time in my life I can feel so much more positive, stable and confident than I can remember. She has understood me completely, and helped me to understand and accept that I am not to blame, and we have worked on strategies to deal with anxious moments. I cannot thank her enough. Although our sessions have ended, I shall not hesitate to see her again should the need arise. Help IS there if you take the first step.

   Words can't express how highly I rate Amy's services at Safe Space Counselling. I came to Amy in a dire mental state and without a clue how to move forward in my life. Through her excellent counselling, I'm now a 100% better and ready for a brighter future. Amy didn't just listen, her sessions were always structured to suit my needs and what I wanted to focus on. She also would challenge my negative thoughts in a positive way that made me untangle the mess of thoughts in my brain. Her expertise at ENPR also really helped me revisit past trauma in a way that was safe and beneficial. I was able to conquer those fears and move on from that child like state. Any was extremely professional at all times and gave me a 'safe space,' to work through my issues. She was flexible with tines and dates and always prompt. I can't recommend her services highly enough and I will move forward knowing she is always supporting me from.afar. If I hadn't met Amy and had her help I think I would have been stuck forever in a negative cycle. Thank you so much for everything. If you are struggling, reach out to Amy to reclaim your happiness.

   From my first contact with Amy this was a hugely positive journey. We had an initial chat to make sure we were a good fit and progressed from there. Amy has a lovely warmth and calming energy about her. She always came to our sessions fully in tune with my details, I never felt that she was reading from notes or had forgotten anything. I felt very listened to and heard. Amy helped me greatly, and has helped me develop my own coping tools. She was always accommodating with appointments and it never felt difficult to book an appointment. Can not recommend highly enough.
