   I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic in Hounslow. The service was outstanding from start to finish—professional, welcoming, and extremely well organised.    they are good welcomes! first of all good people after you talk between yourselves translate and talk to the patients. with my implants it seems that the tooth didn't fit after they talked between themselves the doctor started polishing the prosthetic abutment between three and six times even the tooth to polish it and at the end they tell me that it doesn't come professionally but they can still be used like that and still if I want to send them back. Yes, the prosthetic abutment is polished, but not that often. You don't need to have specialization to know that that is making an important connection between the tooth and the implant screw. I refused to send it. There was no point in waiting another few weeks, especially considering how they proceeded. and with crowns ' teeth that started to turn black after a week. Of course, being a smoker and not paying attention to oral hygiene are the reasons this Indian doctor answer unfortunately don’t remember her name and started after to compare some of my crowns teeth done it 11 years ago in another country!If is because I’m a smoker and not paying attention to oral hygiene i suppose to have all of my teeth’s like the ,,new” crows . There's a lot to say but there's no point in going into it, especially how they responded I've realized that there's no point in .the manager touching the patient when he comes in, touching the tooths the instruments, sir, wearing gloves that they are not expensive or that you are not saving who knows what.However I’m grateful that they see quick after having a lot of teeth’s pain due to a small piece of cement between my teeth’s . And yet I can mention that even a technician is not that skilled at what teeths look like. Before I wrote this, a week after my last appointment, I researched, asked, and interested my self. and now before closing I remembered when the manager told me that they had the cheapest prices in the area,I didn't choose for the prices I was happy with the schedule working on Saturdays that they had and now I remember they was asked me if I could come during the week because the doctor wasn't available on Saturdays then why you guys have the program Monday to Saturdays if doctors are not available,and so far need to wait a week more until she works that Saturday ( I work Saturday also ) but in your case guys is not the correct answer mostly when the program is Monday to Saturday ,they didn't even talk about this from the beginning that the doctor isn't available every Saturday. after all, low or high prices, we still have to be satisfied for that, that's why we pay for how much we pay.

   This was my first ever appointment with DentEuropa and was very well looked after by Dr Ahmed he is 100% the reason why this won't be my last he was so kind, knowledgeable and professional and did an amazing job with my teeth he I was shocked with the results and the care that I was given. This dentist is now going to be my regular dentist and I'm going to make sure to move my family over to. Would 100% recommend. It's refreshing to see such work and such care in these days and where someone won't try to rip you off. Thank you very much.

   I was very disappointed with my last visit to the DentEuropa London. I had an appointment at 11:30 am, the waiting time was 1.5 hours, it was explained to me that this was due to unexpected problems with a previous client, but in any case, other clients should not suffer as well - waiting 90 minutes is not acceptable. Initially, I was prescribed the procedure of two fillings (one small and one a bit bigger) and a deep cleaning, the doctor warned me after the examination that all treatments would take about 2 hours. Due to the fact that the appointment was delayed and there was already a queue before and after me, my cleaning procedure was obviously not done fully and in a hurry. The deep cleaning only took about twenty minutes, which is clearly not enough for two jaws (completely upper and lower), but despite this I was charged the full cost of £200, which is quite expensive for a 20 minute treatment. I also paid £125 for the examination and small x-ray, although my approximate check from the doctor during the appointment was £75. All in all, this really upset me. I would never recommend this clinic to private clients.
