   I am so unhappy with this experience.I have my own dentist in Acton Town but I had bad tooth pain n this is right next to my house.So I thought if my experience goes well here maybe this will be new dentist place as I need to deep cleaning every three months.I explained this to hygienist my teeth problem and told her if she can clean my left side of teeth as I am in pain and once all goes well I will be back for next round of cleaning.OMG the time I sat on chair I knew this will be terrible .The music was so loud.She started cleaning manually on my problem area and only used the machine for barely 10’min for the right side of my teeth.I told her why it was not used fr my left side (where the pain is) she was like you only booked fr half an hour .I paid £70 and no one told me it was half hour service it took at least 10 min explaining her abt my teeth issue.I literally had to plead her to clean my teeth with the machine.I know I have issues with my teeth as I have bone losses etc so I told her straight abt it and cleared that of if I happy I will be coming monthly basis.Such a scam

   I had the absolute best experience with Helena! She is hands-down the most professional and skilled dental hygienist I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail and gentle approach truly stood out, and my teeth have never felt better . Helena’s expertise and warm demeanor make her exceptional—I can’t recommend her enough!

   Having initially had a positive experience at this practice, it was unfortunately followed by a very sub-par experience when having 3 fillings replaced. The overall experience felt very unorganized, with the dentist and their assistant more interested in taking photos of the teeth before and after, one of which needed to be re-done on a follow up visit due to severe discoloration. The communication between the dentist and assistant seemed disjointed and amateur. I was left with intense sensitivity following the procedures, which I brought up both during treatment and afterward to the reception team. Their only suggestion was to try sensitive toothpaste—nothing that matched the severity of the issue or the amount of money I had spent. Considering the cost of these treatments, I would have expected a better response to the concerns, and possibly an offer for a follow-up appointment with a more experienced dentist. Sadly, none of this was provided. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone seeking treatment.

   Im not a fan of dentists past experience having left me with a reluctance for dental care, much to the detriment of my teeth. On my first visit, i was quite impressed with how friendly and bright receptionist are. Dr Vekaria is polite and attentive.All procedures with xrays indicating conditions of my teeth were explained. Claudette the hygienist is amazing. All treatments were professional throughout administered in a friendly, empathetic and gently way. Very grateful to Dr Vekaria and team and i couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you VJ

   I visited this dentist on Monday * ( Liyah) and extremely nervous when it comes to dentist and receptionist is nice and friendly, also my dentist ( small Asian lady) and her colleague were amazing to me,! I had a cracked tooth at the front and they fixed it for me perfect, I’m so happy and my confidence is back again also previous to this I cancelled my appointment and rebooked me as soon as they had space this is what u called good service! and friendly and professional I will be coming back as I got a lot of other teeth to sort out, Thankyou again team

   Long story short, I’ve been looking for a local dentist for a very long time. From all my experience with all dentist so far I never had someone deeply express and answer all my question and concerns in regard to my teeth and oral hygiene. Parmeet (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), was only in for a cover, she currently work in a different practice. She has been soo amazing and I would highly recommend her, I think you should take her on permanently. This is what I expect from every other dentist, I’ve been to chiswick, Ealing dentist and never received any great customer service and great advise from Doctors as of yet apart from Parmeet. Hounslow dentist are really hard to get in to, especially if your signing up via NHS. Parmeet I will repeat what I said to you after my appointment and I will share this with everyone to who read this review, YOUR THE BEST! I would also like to say thank you to Hounslow high street dental for helping me and keeping me updated with booking. So far, so good! I will follow up with further review in regards to Hounslow high street dentals.

   Doctor is good there but their receptionist are worst. I booked an appointment but didn't get any confirmation and tried calling their reception all day but none picked. I got through their reception one day and they said I can't give you appointment because you missed last one. I didn't get any confirmation for appointment and she started blaming me that I didn't attend my last appointment. And now denying any other appointments. This is very strange and pathetic experience I have with this practice. I don't know what to say to such unprofessional practice. Someone is under pain and they wont give you appointment because you missed last appointment because they didn't visit without confirmation. Even they don't open the doors to practice without confirmation. What a bunch of unprofessionals.

   Awful service. Disgusted to have appointed them. They might be professional. BUT When you have toothache that is killing you and doesn't let you sleep the nights, you don't want dentist to be friendly, you just want dentist to cure the pain. The dentist didn't accommodate me at earliest as possible, despite knowing the gravity, and seriousness of my teeth issues, and also didn't provide anything to alleviate the pain. If you know in advance that you gonna get toothache, only then appoint this clinic, but if you are already going through pain then please avoid them, because they just cash you, don't care about how you dealing with pain and will give appointment that is easily 3 weeks apart. I would give them -10 out of 10.
