   Angela Chen attended to my son with the utmost care, diligence, and superb “bedside manner”. Three hour-long treatments for a root canal infection and subsequent filling and she explained each step with great care. She checked her work with others - a reassuring “second opinion” (not needed, but wise) and, as a family, we are grateful to Arch for looking after our family so quickly and comprehensively.

   I saw Angela Chen yesterday and today with a problem molar that I decided to have extracted. Angela was absolutely terrific, from start to finish. She patiently listened and explained the options. Today she was gentle and expertly anaesthetised the area before painlessly removing the molar. Again she patiently and clearly explained what to expect. Brilliant. I have been a patient with the Arch Dental Surgery for many years and I have always experienced politeness, helpfulness and excellent treatment. My last appointment with a hygienist, Sheena Fogg, was likewise excellent.

   Worse than not being able to find a dentist!! I'm in the same condition but my wallet is lighter. This place took the money for an emergency nhs dentist appointment then claimed they couldn't do anything until I'd paid them for a private hygienist appointment. Wasted my time and essentially stole the emergency appointment fee (and whatever they claim back from the NHS). This was the owner "dr" Bhatt so it's a scam from the top down. Avoid at all costs!

   My wife, Sarah, & I have always received excellent treatment from Arch Dental and over many years - thank you - but I would like to acknowledge and thank Kushali and Sangi for the truly exceptional service I have received in recent months. I seemed destined to lose a damaged molar but was referred to Surrey Dental Specialists in Dorking for a consultation and subsequent Root Canal Treatment, which was successful. Arch Dental then followed up speedily and arranged for Sangi to prep and fit a crown extremely promptly. I am delighted not just with the service and treatment received from Arch Dental but with their seamless interface with the specialists in Dorking.

   I went to get a filling replaced the Arch dentist did for me 3 years ago; it had fallen out. I was told that they couldn't do anything for me for at least 3 months. Ridiculous even for an nhs service. I was in the chair for all of 4 minutes and was charged £23.80. I was not at all impressed and have decided to change dentist.

   A disorganised and poorly run dental surgery. Dr Bhatt is very rude and condescending with a horrible 'bedside' manner. If possible, avoid this dental surgery if you can.

   Awful quality of dentist. I went about 8 times in three months complaining of pain and they kept saying it was grinding teeth or wisdom teeth issues. It turned out it was a major infection under a badly done root canal which they failed to spot so I had 6 months pain for no reason apart from their incompetence. I would stay far far away from this place.

   i would like to thank arch dentist and in particular oleysa and her assistant for the fantastic work they done for me. i am 57 years old and never and i mean this have i ever been treated so well. the work oleysa did for me was thorough professional and caring throughout. i cannot reccomend her and her assistant too much. i am so so pleased with all the hard work done . a really professional surgery , the receptionist was also so nice and well mannered and professional . brilliant job , well done oleysa and thankyou so so much . im going to miss not going now . hope you all get well looked after.
