   You really need to read this! I am 54 and Youssef Karam was my Dental Hygienist today and I have never had such a first class treatment in my whole life. I cannot recommend Youssef Enough! From his warm beaming smile, to his expertise and knowledge (which nobody has ever explained to me before btw) I walked away on cloud nine!! I booked my next appointment straight! He was kind, and so careful when working on my teeth, I cannot recommend Yossff enough!! Thank you so much!!

   I’ve been a patient of Dr Chirag Patel at Perfect Smile in Putney for over 20 years, and he is an exceptional dentist. Over the years, along with general dentistry, he has fitted two full sets of porcelain veneers for me. Just this week, after I had an accident and cracked one of my front veneers, he went above and beyond to see me quickly and fit me with replacements. His skill and attention to detail are first class - I trust him implicitly. One of the things I’m most impressed by is how natural my veneers look. Over the years, not a single person has ever guessed they aren’t my real teeth, which is credit to Dr Patel’s expertise and artistry. Going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but Dr Patel has a calm, reassuring presence that instantly puts me at ease. The prices at Perfect Smile are incredibly reasonable, especially for a Central London practice. They never push unnecessary treatments, quite the opposite. It’s clear they genuinely care about what’s best for their patients. The reception team are always warm and friendly, and the practice itself is easy to get to, just a short walk from Putney train station or the tube. It’s a bit of a hidden gem and I can’t recommend it enough!

   I am soooo angry about this awful clinic with a bad attitude receptionist when yesterday afternoon the 15th of February they canceled my daughter's appointment at the last minute which she booked almost two ago with a sillystupid reason that we don’t believe is true now we sent-complaint letter to quality care commission and the General Dental Council to investigate directly with the Dr she was supposed to see. “ People's precious time is not for lying or play “

   Right now I am very disappointed with Putney Perfect Smile. I contacted them and told them my filling had come out and was given an appointment to take care of the issue. Then I'm told that I cannot get the filling replaced during that appointment because I have to have an examination. I've been told two different things by different people. I think they might just be trying to book as many appointments as possible. After I get things taken care of, I am ditching them. After this and other experiences with them and reading other reviews, I don't know if I can trust them.

   Dr Liz Crake has transformed my smile! I used to have such crowded teeth, but after getting Invisalign with Liz, my confidence has grown so much. She's so friendly and accommodating, and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend. The staff on reception are lovely as well.

   Excellent service both from dentist and hygienist. Dr Patel is warm, kind and very professional. She provided excellent service for myself and 2 children. Lovely manner and extremely gentle and comprehensive treatment. Sid, hygienist, was also incredibly comprehensive and gentle. Again, lovely manner and very well informed. Receptionists also very well mannered and helpful. Excellent service all round!
