   I called to help my husband make an appointment for a simple checkup but the receptionist said to me “he’s not a child he can make his own appointment”. It’s not an unusual thing for family members to help each other make an appointment. Not to mention there may be adults who are unable to make an appointment themselves due to accessibility issues. I appreciate the practice may have their own polices though I’m shocked that the receptionist wasn’t able to explain the reason behind the policy and was so rude about it.

   I have been going to The Park Dental Clinic for many years and have always received excellent service. During my most recent appointment I had a new crown fitted by Jena AL-Bazi and I am extremely pleased with the result. The care I received throughout my treatment, both in preparation for and during the fitting of the crown, was excellent. The treatment I received was explained in great detail and I was keep updated throughout so had a full understanding of the treatments carried out. I highly recommend Jena and The Park Dental Clinic.

   The park dental are lovely, helpful and efficient. My partner and I have recently joined and both have been very happy with the services provided. The reception team are friendly and welcoming and know the services inside out. Our dentist Pritesh Patel is excellent, informative and thorough. He provides his advice and next steps clearly and genuinely cares, but with no pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments. The whole team are fab and we would highly recommend!
