   I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with the dentist during my visit today, with my 8-year-old child. The dentist was supposed to perform some dental work on my child, who was understandably scared. Instead of providing comfort and reassurance, the dentist made the situation much worse by publicly shaming my child. In front of me, the assistant, and my child's older sibling, the dentist criticized my son for being scared, calling his behavior "bad" and comparing him unfavorably to her own children. She even went as far as to suggest that my son should be ashamed and that his friends would laugh at him for being afraid of the dentist. As a parent, I was overwhelmed trying to comfort my child and manage his emotions, so I didn’t say anything to the dentist at the time. But I want other parents to know: this is not a place to bring your children. It’s completely unacceptable for a healthcare professional, especially one working with children, to make a child feel embarrassed and ashamed. My son left the office feeling even more frightened and upset than when we arrived. If you have children, I strongly advise against taking them to this dentist. No child should be treated this way, especially by someone who is supposed to care for their well-being.

   This practice is 10/10 I cannot fault it from the time I stepped into the surgery I was made feel welcomed . This is a new surgery for me and my first time they checked my teeth took X-rays and informed me of the next steps . The doctor was absolutely brilliant so kind and gentle , she knew exactly what she was talking about and was so friendly . Thankyou so much you are doing such a brilliant job :-)

   Black people be aware! - every time I have gone to this dental practice I have waited 15 - 20mins to be seen, on top of that today I was charged £45 for the dentist to look in my mouth ( no X-ray no advice..no equipment) for her to say it’s my wisdom tooth causing the excruciating pain, (for more context the appointment was 7mins MAX). On top of that! On my way out, I was heckled & shouted at down the stairs, being asked “if I had paid”. It was so uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional especially because the link to pay was sent and paid hours before my appointment & is information a dentist practice should know. I wonder do they shout and heckle everyone for payments they’ve already paid for, or is it just the people who have the colour of my skin. I will not be made to feel uncomfortable or stand for any type of discrimination. They have lost a patient in me! Side note - I’m still in a lot of pain and at this point I do not know or trust whether it genuinely is my wisdom tooth, or the dentist not actually making an effort to really see if there is something else wrong. I will be going else where to get a second opinion and if there is something else found I will be contacting this dentist practice for a FULL refund.. very disappointed!

   Had a scale and polish here today with one the most fabulous and attentive dentist I’ve ever had. This was my first time visiting this dentist so I was very nervous. She was so gentle and my care and comfort was always at the forefront during the process. I’m so happy with the results, my teeth look and feel cleaner and she lifted some stains that were on my teeth for years. Thank you Wembley high street dentist for making my experience so pleasant, will be coming back here for regular cleaning for sure.

   Worse dentist ever . They stole £20 from me .and literally told me you haven't given us nothing. Even though they sent me a treating letter last yr telling Me .that I owe them the money when I called them they said . Oh it was a mistake we owe you the money .. the receptionist hanged up on me now when I called them about the money they asked me bank statement from 2 yrs ago to proof they owed Me the money . . They have the worse receptionist and doctors . Don't waste your time with this dentist. They are bunch of uneducated idiots that think they are still in their villages. Disgust people . .
