The clinic is not accessible for a wheelchair. There is no handrail out side the clinic for elderly to hold on it, very neglected garden outside the clinic, waiting area with a very old sofa, very unsafe for a pregnant woman because of x-ray image, diversity and quality is zero in this clinic, infection control is out of control, unfriendly towards elderly. Unfriendly Dr lffat

Wasn't happy my first visit prior to lock down as the dentist had to call others to assist which she should have done sooner, because she struggled and hurt my jaw. But been back a few times recently and they where excellent. Wisdom tooth taken out without me feeling a thing and in seconds. I not frightened of the chair anymore, I'm pleased to say.

My sister and I arrived at the dentist for the first time a couple of days ago and the service really stood out to us compared to other surgeries we had been to! Daphney (apologies if spelt incorrectly) the receptionist was so helpful, kind and understanding. She really went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we had, which put us at ease. Overall, a really great first impression!

11th November, my son's appointment was at Ealing's Dentist, I asked the receptionist for my son's NHS number and they both treated me with the utmost disrespect and indecency.

Despite an updated information on the NHS website dated late June 2022, saying that Acre Medical Services accept NHS patient, I just call them and they say no. I told them to update their information on NHS website, but they were like"ok ok.."..

I feel very comfortable and at ease being a patient with Acre Surgery, Linda is always very, very lovely and attentive. Service is exceptional and surgery seems to go out of their way to squeeze you in where possible. I’ve had a composite filling done and I’m very happy with the result. Thanks guys!

Really disappointed with this dental practice. My retainer wire came lose and i requested that the wire be fixed. I had alot of pain due to the wire poking my gums and requested an urgent appointment for the wire to be fixed but was told to wait one week. On the day the dentist made excuses that he could not fix it as i need a special 30 mins appointment and have to wear special gear to fix the retainer, which should have been made in the first place, but was more due to the fact he was running behind on his schedule. I then had to wait another three weeks. I told the dentist i am travelling from really far so i need the wire to be properly fixed. I travelled to my next appointment and i could not see him in any special gear. I specified to fix it so it does not come off again, the wire broke off on the same day! I am so frustrated as i travelled twice from Cambridge to see him just for him to waste my time and energy and put me through pain. He should have said he was unable to do it in the first place! Very disappointed do not waste your time here!
