   I had an excellent experience at Ghauri Dental Centre! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, which immediately put me at ease. On my first visit, I saw Shaker, who was absolutely great—very reassuring and thorough, taking the time to explain the process and treatment to me. Due to needing to take medication and feeling a bit nervous, I had to come back. On my next visit, I saw Claudio and Angie, and they were both fantastic too! They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and were so patient and understanding throughout the process. Appointments run on time, and the team goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The level of care and customer service is outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Ghauri Dental Centre to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and friendly dental practice. They’ve earned my confidence and will definitely be my go-to for all future dental needs!

   Came through as a emergency cavity filling which they filled in correctly i tried to come back so they could fix the problem and they refused to see me and refused tontake responsibility for wrong doing . Had a excuse for everything even said that yhe x ray doesnt show properly and that i ciuld of had a sudden issue with another tooth all of a sudden in the space of a few hours thats cuasing the issue instead of the tooth they treated . Absolute cow bow job avoid this place

   I had a great experience at this dental office. First of all, they have an amazing receptionist, Arjeta, who makes everyone feel heard and respected from the moment they walk in. Her kindness and professionalism really set the tone for the whole visit. Dr. Shaker Zaman also did an excellent job on my teeth and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to every concern, and gave me his honest, professional opinion on everything. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future dental needs. Highly recommend!

   Claudio and Angie were amazing. I dread going dentist hate the sounds and instruments. Claudio took his time and was so gentle with me and reassured me everything will be OK. If anyone needs dental treatment please go to this place and ask for these 2 kind gentle dentist. Thank you so much I'm feeling so much better and loved how u gave me 2 options so honest and Angie was a sweetheart.

   I attended Ghauri Dental Practice today with my daughter following a serious injury to her teeth. We were referred here for an emergency appointment via NHS 111, and I expected we would receive proper care and guidance. Instead, the experience was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from start to finish. The dentist we saw was absolutely dismissive of everything I said regarding my daughter’s injury and care. When I provided important information about her symptoms and previous treatment, I was repeatedly met with condescending “Why is it…” questions, rather than genuine concern or medical guidance. I had been informed that an X-ray would be carried out at this emergency appointment, but the dentist told me this would not be done and advised me to either contact my regular dentist or call 111 again to ask for a referral to a children’s dentist. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete contradiction of what we were told beforehand. Instead of investigating the actual issue my daughter’s damaged teeth we were sent away with nothing more than a gel for her gums, which was not even the main problem. I was also “advised” not to push her teeth back in myself, as if I needed to be told something so obvious. Throughout the appointment, I felt completely dismissed and not listened to, and we left with no meaningful treatment, no reassurance, and no clear next steps. After being sent on a wild goose chase all day, this appointment was nothing but a waste of time during what was already a stressful situation. I expected professional, compassionate emergency dental care, but what we received fell far below any acceptable standard. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially for emergency treatment of children.

   I am pregnant and over the last few months I have had numerous appointments with dentist Haniya Qureshi. She was fantastic, treated me well, explained everything really well and is a very kind and considerate dentist. I am looking forward to my regular check ups now. I highly recommend her.

   I called up before I made an appointment and asked if I would need an X-ray as I can only use a specific machine due to health conditions and they said they had the machine available I traveled 1 and half hours to travel for an appointment and when I arrived they told me there machine had broken on the same day! Then to get seen to for the dentist not to even look inside my mouth to then just prescribe me with antibiotics! I called and managed to find another dentist and to be told that I would need a removal don’t waste your time here!!! They charged me £23.80 just to sit on a chair and be given amoxicillins!!! Disgusting!

   Worst dentist I've ever been to as a child, rude and unwelcoming staff. They make your children feel incredibly uncomfortable, and the fillings are way too close to the nerves. Don't get as little as your fillings done here, they gave all the wrong dental advice about brushing your teeth etc. They did a filling on my sister and now she's had to get a crown done. They did my crown and it came out in less than a year. Horrible service, they need to learn to be nicer to their customers, horrible and I'll never go again.

   I could’ve never have asked for a better duo than Dr Shaker Zaman and Sa’ad (spelt with the apostrophe between the a’s). I must say, my family have been going to this dentist for a long time and I only would’ve wished I was refereed to these guys earlier. They answer your questions with the best possible answers, they are kind and respectful people who create such a comfortable and positive atmosphere to be in. They deliver such clear communication to patients and always reassure the patient is okay. Not to also mention how these guys are effortlessly funny as well. So, if you’re looking to book your next appointment, I would highly recommend booking it with Dr Shaker and Sa’ad (spelt with an apostrophe between the a's) , because they professionally get the job done. Start spreading the word :)
