   I had the pleasure of being the patient of Dr Sharn and Sanaa. They are very attentive and I am really happy and communicative with my treatment. Every staff member I interacted with during my time with Acton Vale Dental Centre was very accommodating, welcoming and cheerful. Even aesthetically, the centre is very pleasant and well maintained, making the experience more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

   Some of the receptionists at this surgery are insanely insufferable and lack communication skills. It's actually really upsetting that this dental surgery doesn't communicate its prices efficiently with customers. You can't just out of nowhere with no previous consultation, expect people to be okay with paying extortionate prices. I have had several issues with this surgery regarding payments, mainly because they aren't straight up and only try to charge you insane amounts of money as you are about to leave from an appointment. I would just be aware that if you do book an appointment with this surgery, be ready to walk out of your appointment and be asked to pay crazy money on the spot. I am leaving a 3-star review because the team of dentists are actually really friendly and lovely, but seriously, the receptionist make the experience dreadful.

   This dental centre is outstanding in my opinion. Starting with a short notice available slot to accommodate my son, to polite reception we have received upon our arrival, to exceptional service regarding my son's tooth. The dentist took time when I explained visual aspect and he have done his best so my 8 year old came out of there saying " this is his best dentist in the world ". Me as a mum, was very impressed. Exceptional service. Thank you.

   Acton Vale Dentist My recent treatment at Acton Vale Dentist was very successful and well-coordinated. The root canal treatment was carried out by Dr. Daniel Rabinowitz, who is highly experienced and performed the procedure with great care and precision. He has a lovely, caring, and pleasant manner. The overall treatment was managed by Dr. Omar Moussati, who expertly oversaw every stage of the process. Throughout, he was informative and always happy to discuss any concerns. He also demonstrated a very caring and friendly approach.

   Not impressed with my encounter with your reception. Very rude and not helpful at all. Did not feel like your staff cared at all. And in a health industry that’s what you want. I want to feel safe and cared for in a dentist, not just another wallet
