Visited Dr Yon recently for the dental checkup and hygiene service. She is very professional, friendly and attentive to the small details. Highly recommended, she is a great dentist!!! Also just found parking is available with registration. Advanced booking is needed before coming

Great service and professional advice from Dr Liu
My husband filling crown fell out, and I was trying to get in touch for an appointment, because this is a serious dental emergency. You guys, have no idea how bad was the conversation between me (I was incredibly nice trying to explain) and the receptionist. I don't know how in the world a person like that is hired, but I would suggest Dr. Liu to get rid of her quickly. To resume, I've been told that there's no place for the next 6 days which I got it, at this point I needed to be sure that at least dr Liu will have a look at his report and reassure it's not an emergency, knowing that the tooth is weak and unprotected, and it might feel sensitive or painful. I was trying to get in touch with dr Liu but no luck, so I call receptionist back, trying to explain, and ask her nicely to send a message to dr Liu, even 1 min between the patients. Receptionist said initially she doesn't care and call 111, and after I insisted to get some reassurance from the doctor, she mention that it's not a medical emergency. How would she know, there's no medical background from her? Anyhow, we are still here right now, wondering what to do and who to call! I would avoid this dental centre, because of the bad relationship between receptionist and patient. I'll get in touch with DENTAL COMPLAIN SERVICE and GDC to make a formal complaint about this.

I've had a lot of dentists over the years, different practices in the Harrow area - and can definitely say that Dr. Liu is the best! She came recommended as my partner's family dentist and I saw Dr. Liu as an emergency appointment earlier this year. She recognised the numerous issues with my gums/teeth, explained the treatment and home-care. Had 3 fillings with Dr. Liu and two deep-cleans with the hygienist. All done with a lot of care, understanding and patience - both took their time and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. Loved the little extras that I didn't get at other practises to make sure the pain was absolutely minimal, too After my fillings Dr. Liu made sure everything was 100% perfect before letting me go. Really appreciate the high level of care/attention to detail - something you really need in a good dentist practice! Highly recommended if you're looking for dental treatment in the area. Note that the prices on the website aren't current, but the quality of service and care is worth the price - it is very competitively priced :) Thank you Dr. Liu and team!
I have been a registered member here for many years and I always find Dr Liu and the hygienists courteous, joyful and a pleasure to speak to. Always a professional service and very good value for money compared to other dental practices locally which charge ridiculously high fees and don't come close to Oracare in terms of service and delivery. Highly recommend!
