   The clinical care itself was OK (just), but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was made to feel judged for being delayed due to traffic, and there were visible eye-rolling and a condescending tone during conversation. I expect a more respectful and patient-centred approach in a healthcare setting.

   Jag Soneji at Alkali is the best dentist I have ever seen. I see him regularly for cleaning and dental work. He's the first dentist to resolve my fear of the profession; he's always thorough, gentle, understanding, full of knowledge and care. My other dentist was going to replace my crown whereas, with just an examination, Jag suspected I have an infection and the x-ray showed I did. He saved me £700. I had my dentine exposed for years if not decades, the other dentists said nothing, whereas Jag suggested I cover it with composite to prevent decay. I could go on. I love that he provides a comprehensive, rather than conveyer belt, service. I do not hesitate to recommend Jag. You will not be disappointed.

   Do not go here! Unless you need minor things like cleaning, fixing a chip, filling do not consider this place for any of your braces worse service ever and if you have any issues it’s extremely difficult to get through to the receptionist. Imagine paying a dentist for wires braces he doesn’t assess your teeth properly (apparently you have a strong enamel) and all the brackets fall off within 2 weeks.. and your still paying no apology at all now your waiting another two months no Invisalign I can express the regret I’m feeling

   Hands down the best dentist I have been to in the UK. Jag is friendly, professional and knowledgable beyond more than only dentistry. He was kind enough to spend time going through my alternative treatment options with great detail. Happy to travel 3 hours to see him when I need to!

   Don't go there!! A total SCAM! I booked an appointment seeing they doing 50% off on invisgners. First impression was great, really friendly receptionist till the dentist Kish Soneji came along with his really bad sarcastic humour. Was asked to go into the room where I discussed what I was looking for. As soon as I said I have been to another dentist and trying to weigh out my options he went very defensive. Than tried to sell the wire braces than the invisgners after all that said this offer if only if you take it within a week. Even though I was told this offer was till end of this year. Than randomly he said I need to book a hygnist to which I explained I just had my teeth cleaned by an hygnist few weeks ago. To which he responded how I than should go back to the other dentist that I went to see. The whole time the place seemed very disparate to take you as a customer by hard sale selling yet with a very bad attitude!!!

   Myself and my sister both had Invisalign at Alkali studios and we both had a really great experience with Joanna. We're both so pleased with our teeth and because I was referred by my sister we both got free teeth whitening as well! They were so friendly and helpful and did a great job - couldn't recommend them more highly! :-)
