The service was good. Polite staff. On my first experience the dentist was welcoming and knew the job. My 2nd appointment with the hygenist. The hygenist was professional, displayed deep understanding and listens well. She gave good advice going forward too. I'll surely recommend. Ola

Good morning, I usually get my dental treatment in Brazil. I asked for some recommendations, and this clinic was suggested to me. I visited in person and was very well attended by Ms. Angela. She provided me with all the options for dentists hygienists and was very receptive and prompt. I appreciate honest and sincere people. Thank you.

Dr. Maha Hashim is truly one of the best dentists we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and full of positive energy. It’s clear that she genuinely loves helping people, and her passion for her work shines through in every appointment. She always takes such good care of my mum with kindness and patience, making each visit a comforting experience. Her helpful nature and warm personality make a big difference, and we’re so grateful to have her as our dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Maha to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled professional!

I went to this dentist whilst I was pregnant and entitled to free NHS care. I registered as an NHS patient. The dentist I saw, without even x-raying my teeth, told me I needed six fillings. He then told me they didn't offer the type of fillings available on the NHS and I would need to pay £150 per filling. I said I couldn't afford that, he said not to worry, I could do one filling a month for six months... I had gone to the dentist because my gums were bleeding. Which is common in pregnancy. I was hoping to get a check up and my teeth professionally cleaned. The dentist told me my gums were bleeding not because I was pregnant but because I had terrible teeth and I would need to pay to see the hygienist. Which I did. The hygienist then told me what I already knew, that bleeding gums in pregnancy is common. I never returned to this awful dentist and it put me off going to any dentist for ages. I have finally found a great dentist and I only needed two fillings. I wish I remembered the name of the awful scamming dentist I saw. He was male.

Get a second opinion! I went to this dentist for a NHS check-up. I have never had a filling and have had check-ups every 6 months by my original dentist in Edinburgh. All of a sudden this dentist says I need 6 fillings at £180 each and adds pressure to get it done the following week. I have since gone back to my original dentist who could not disagree more. I have been recommended one minor filling that can be done for £20 and that is all. I will not be returning to A G again, from my experience it's a total scam.

Have stopped using this dentist (AG Dentistry in Kensal Rise) Dr Aarti Shah apparently only nows sees children privately and no longer accepting NHS bookings. It was impossible to get an appointment during Covid and for a long time afterwards. I was told we were number 1 on their waitlist at the end of last year and that they would call wen. I have never heard from them to offer an appointment almost a year on! The last hygienist appointment I had was appalling and very non-attentive, courteous or constructive. They were more focused on selling me a whitening treatment without answering my questions or explaining it was an added cost / how much etc. When questioned, I just got rude responses. An unpleasant experience. As for my child's treatments, the dentist has always been quite negative despite the fact that her teeth are in pretty good shape. No care for a child’s self esteem or any reward efforts. All a bit hardcore and downbeat. -Did they ever contact me to offer an appointment as promised? No! -Do they reply to any emails? No! -Can you reach them by phone easily? Hardly! -Are you seen quickly when you arrive for your appointment on time? No! You can be waiting for a very long time and no indications from the receptionist. This is a poor practice, terrible customer service and treatment. We won’t be going back.
