   I had a hygiene appointment here and unfortunately found the experience well below standard compared to other dentists I've seen over the years. The dentist was heavy-handed from the start, causing immediate pain toward the back of my mouth. When I raised my hand and told her she was digging too deep into the gum, she simply responded, "that's where the plaque is." The plaque removal process was harsh and uncomfortable. Rather than using careful scraping techniques, she used the drill in a way that felt rough and even damaging — like more harm was being done than good. There was no flossing, no detailed cleaning, and the whole procedure felt rushed and incomplete. The polishing felt more like a power tool being dragged across a wall than a precise, gentle treatment. By the end of the session — which lasted barely 25 minutes — I had gum pain and could feel unevenness across my teeth. Running my tongue over them, some areas felt smooth while others didn’t. She also recommended an additional £150 powder treatment, but honestly, I just wanted to leave. This was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I’ll likely need to see another dentist soon just to feel confident in my oral hygiene again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit left me genuinely concerned. I hope others have a better experience, but based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend it.

   Honestly, a fantastic dentist. I've been inconsistent with visits over the years so this was a great find. The session there felt informed, warm, welcoming and exactly what was needed. A great and thorough clean, my teeth have never felt better and I am more confident in how to look after my teeth following up from this. A smooth process, and a lovely team. I look forward to being a regular!

   I have been a patient of this Dentist for over 14 years and even though i tend to pop in only when i have problems Dr Amitis Rajabzadeh has never once failed to deliver. I hadn’t attended the Dentist for quite a while and built up a long list of problems with my teeth. But like always my Dentist saved the day and after 8 months of losing my smile i now have it back. I will ALWAYS use this Dentist and she is the Best i’ve ever met. I strongly recommend this Dentist Surgery to anyone and everyone. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I’m normally tight with my Ratings but i definitely give this place 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
