   Melissa is exceptional. Her bedside manner is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It feels amazing to entrust my teeth (one of my greatest pain points), into the hands of a professional like herself. All the staff are extremely helpful and it’s been such a great experience doing my extensive dental work here which included but hasn’t been exclusive to fillings, health checkups, support with wisdom tooth extraction, Invisalign etc. I’ve recommended this place to all my family and extended this to anyone reading who is in search for a new dentist!

I received antibiotics directly at reception, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy — a thoughtful touch that made a real difference. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt, expert care.

   First time to the dentist in 6 years. Dentist Melissa Patel was fantastic. Thorough, informative and super friendly. She took gentle time with me and I left feeling more educated, reassured and comfortable. I even booked a Hygienist apt. Go me. I gave 4 out of 5 star because some of the services are a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Thank you Melissa.

   I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! The reception staff were so nice, polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hygienist Anna and her assistant Ilham were very helpful and professional, and Dr. Melissa together with the dental nurse provided outstanding care throughout my visit. Everything was smooth and reassuring — truly a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

   Jan is amazing! She is kind, patient, and highly professional. I’ve had several sessions with her over the past three months, and she explained every step clearly, which put me at ease throughout each treatment. She also gave me helpful advice about my dental health and was always very responsible. I’m truly glad to have her as my dentist :)

   Excellent! I cannot rate this dentist highly enough. Wonderful, first class support from the receptionists (Faye and Laryssa today). And I was thoroughly impressed with the dentist, Dr. Ali, too. For the first time in my life the dentist took time to carefully and so clearly explain the issues with my tooth and moreover the various options of treatment, the process and more. They clearly have high standards at the Smile Dentist! They were also very kind in their invoicing and quietly waivered one of the cost!

   I have been here a couple of times just to have my teeth cleaned, as I see a dentist in central London for annual check-ups. This practice is close to where I live and the dental hygienist services less expensive. On the plus side, I was seen on time (by a different hygienist than last time). She kept asking me if I was comfortable etc. as the cleaning proceeded, which was considerate but bordered on the excessive as I don't think I showed any signs of distress. On the minus side, the appointment lasted only 20 minutes rather than the 30 minutes booked. (Also, rates had increased to £65 from £60 at my visit 1 year before.) The hygienist said there wasn't much plaque which was good news and the implicit reason for ending the appointment a little early, but I still felt slightly short-changed as I imagine that there is always a little something that can be done in the way of finishing touches rather than ending the appointment early. It may have been the last appointment of the day which could also account for the hygienist's ending it early. This, however, is a minor quibble, and I'll give the hygienist the benefit of the doubt. Overall, it was a good experience.

   I had dental implants done by Oscar,I have to say from the 1st time I met him a year prior to having my implants I felt at ease with him ,I had a few fillings,composite bonding and a flexible denture done by 1 of Oscars colleague,again totally professional in all aspects. The dental implants I recently had are great,no problems or complications. I highly recommend this surgery and the staff are all friendly,and patient. Oscar is the best dentist I have been to and had total trust in him.

   I have been to Smile Dental Practice to see Melissa Patel - an exceptional dentist - and Hannah Hyde-Harrison, a most skilled hygienist. Both made me feel very safe and well looked after during my treatment and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and I will definitely be returning here in the future.

   I received excellent care by both Oscar and Ali. I am somewhat apprehensive about dentists due to bad experiences in the past, but I was quickly put to ease. They are incredibly patient, thorough and careful. I'm super happy with the results from my treatment. Anna, the hygienist is great too. Receptionists and patient liaison is always friendly and communication is good. Exceptional service in general. Two thumbs up and smiles all round!
