Never has a dentist taken so much time and effort to explain the options available to me in such a kind, gentle and considerate way. The patience that he displayed was as though he was ‘talking to his own mother’ with such thoughtfulness respect for my feelings, and all the anxieties and worries that I had. He was not at all pushy given that it is his livelihood but left me with options and reassurance that he will be there when I decide what I want to do. Following two long appointments with detailed explanations, I also them received comprehensive emails detailing the possible options available. I am so grateful that I found Dr Ammar and have since recommended him to three other people who are also so happy and satisfied with the treatment they have received. “I’m an extremely nervous patient, so you can imagine how anxious I was when I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual dentist and had to look elsewhere. Luckily, I came across Deepali, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. She was able to fit me in on a Saturday evening, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Deepali was not only lovely and reassuring, but also very informative, explaining everything clearly and making me feel in safe hands throughout. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived, but she prescribed me new antibiotics on the spot, and I’ve woken up today with instant relief. Thank you so much for your care and kindness.
