   The dentist was really helpful with me understanding what was going to happen to my teeth throughout the procedure. He gave me clear and thorough steps on how to maintain my teeth in the best condition. The staff there was extremely kind and helped with any question I had. Overall the experience was fabulous and my teeth came out amazing and absolutely perfect. 10/10 experience.

   Excellent orthodontist, I had braces as a teenager and then wanted the gap between my front teeth aligned before my wedding. Dr Nicholas Lai came highly recommended, the treatment plan was clear and on schedule, ten years later teeth still look great! I saw him again recently for a consultation and would definitely recommend Diamond Smile Studio for teenagers and adults alike.

   Really good service from all staff and management, transformed my crooked teeth into model-style teeth. The dentist was really informative and considerate and gave practical tips to maintain and retain the peak quality of my new teeth, their pricing is not too over priced and affordable. I can assure you that they can mould any shape and form of teeth into the set of teeth you would be proud of. In addition to that statement, their opening times are really flexible in terms of if you are busy for work or for school so that you don’t miss an appointment due to awkward timings. 100% recommend Kymani Laurence

   My 2 teenage children had orthodontic treatment with Dr Nick Lai and they are extremely pleased with their smile! Dr Lai was very professional and friendly and he put them at ease during their treatment. He always asked them how are they getting on with their braces and he always reassured them that the final result will be worth the wait!! In fact both their treatment was completed within 7-10 months! Many thanks Dr Lai!!

   Nick (the Orthodontist) was fantastic and very professional. Not only did my daughter end up with beautiful teeth, but she was treated with a caring manner that made the difference. She had very challenging teeth with one tooth stuck in her pallet, not an easy case. Nick made us feel at ease, dealt with all these complications with proficiency and within 14 months had given my daughter a Hollywood smile. Amazing!!!

   Although I had my teeth straightened as a teenager I was unhappy with their appearance. After having consultations with a few orthodontists I decided to proceed with Dr Lai. I'm so happy I did! I'm thrilled with the result (so much so that I've sent some friends along who are also very pleased). He took the time to answer all my questions, was knowledgeable and professional and he was able to complete my treatment fast! Would highly recommend.
