This dentist is in the wrong profession. Her behaviour towards patients is openly hostile, rude, and intimidating. I personally witnessed her verbally abusing someone simply because they couldn’t speak English fluently, which is shocking given that she was not speaking fluent English herself. What made the situation even worse was that she made the patient sign NHS documents so she could claim payments from NHS, only to then dismiss them for their lack of English. This is blatant discrimination. No one seeking medical care should be treated with such a lack of dignity and respect. I strongly advise avoiding this practice. We should not be supporting a dentist who mistreats patients in this way.

I’ve been going here for 15+ years (it’s my closest dentist), and I’ve always found the service fine. My teeth aren’t bad, and I have Bupa dental cover - so pay for visits. They’ve done a few fillings (brushing too hard & wearing down side teeth by the gums)… never had issues making appointments (I see dentist / hygienist minimum twice a year).

Unprofessional dentist and not doing properly her job. It’s been 5 months IAM waiting for her to do a referral to the hospital and she is not able to fill correctly the form sent by the hospital or even send the correct paperwork. Resulting in a delay of the referral. I do not recommend this dentist surgery to anyone.

I love NW London Smile Centre. I have been coming here for about 5yrs and would highly recommend Dr Vicky and this practise. She is gentle, warm and reassuring, as I have a fear of dentists. I always get an appointment and leave smiling. The Smile team are super friendly and great at sending reminders so you don’t forget your appointment. Lovely bright and clean place. Highly Recommend. The male dentist Manafi is terrible, bad service, bad communication and not professional I would not recommend. Had to go elsewhere to get my teeth redone.

Be aware- the dentist is often given different prices for the service you asked for. I have been charged more than the original price they have been given. Be very, very careful as you might, experience poor and dishonest service. Double check the price in case you are cheated or overcharged.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Completely hopeless service. It's shocking how they get away with such poor service. As other reviewers have said the doctor spends barely 5 minutes for the initial check up and immediately recommends you to their hygienist without any explanation. Very unresponsive and it seems they are more interested in making money than catering to their clients concerns.
