   I saw Ruth the hygienist today who was nothing short of amazing. I didn’t realise how anxious I was before I sat in the chair but she made me feel so at ease and reassured me the whole way through the appointment. Having had a traumatic birth I found my first visit really hard and overwhelming but she prepped me for everything she would do, talked me through what she was doing and had such a great manner. Cannot recommend enough, especially if you are nervous in a dentists chair, she will put you at ease.

   Amazing find! Would highly recommend using this dental practice. Have experienced excellent customer service, the staff are all so inviting and friendly. The environment is very clean and appealing. Had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Avni Samani who was very professional and clearly explained the treatment and was happy to take time in answering all my questions.

   I came in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was quite nervous beforehand, but the whole team at Hampden Dental Practice completely put me at ease. From the moment I arrived, Neri was so warm and welcoming, and the practice itself was spotless and immaculate. The principal dentist, Avni, was incredibly kind, helpful and reassuring, making sure I felt comfortable and in safe hands. My treatment was carried out by Archana, who was absolutely first class. Despite it being a difficult extraction, she handled it with such professionalism, care and skill that any discomfort was kept to an absolute minimum. A huge thank you to the whole team – you turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into a really positive one. I can recommend Hampden Dental Practice without hesitation!

   So very happy to find this dental practice a few years ago, they offer all treatment and scans under one roof, and kind and very competent staff. Dr. Avni is especially thorough and makes me feel very comfortable. A great team overall! I have made this my regular dental practice now and it is worth my travelling. Thank you!

   Disappointed, I went for a hygienist appointment, the experience was relatively good. The procedure was fast, The team is super kind, professional, and efficient. The environment is calm, clean, and welcoming. I felt well cared for every step of the way. However I asked the dentist if there were any cavities or fillings to be done, she told me there was none. And there are some. I mean, if a dentist cannot see a cavity that says a lot. Disappointed about that fact. The fun fact was that she told me that it was better to be followed by one hygienist which is reasonable, but I don't think this is the case. Oh and they were asking me a lot of personal questions not related with the relevant context, it felt like an interrogation. I am sorry guys but feedback is necessary for you to improve something as basic as identifying a cavity. :(

Because of her I feel more comfortable to attend the dentist. The principle dentist Dr.Avni always ensures mine and my family experience is always smooth and enjoyable.    This really is a fantastic dental practice. Friendly, accommodating and professional. Have seen the hygenist, as well as check-ups and extractions (nothing to do with the dentistry!). Every time, they’ve been attentive, patient and thorough. I was recommended to them by someone else, and more than happy to recommend to others!

   After not being to the dentist in many years due to fear of dentist I was greeted by Dr Avni who made my experience a lot calmer. After establishing the work that was needed and taking the time to fully explain and show me the work required everything got booked in smoothly. Avni and her assistant made me feel comfortable about attending the future appointments and I am extremely happy to now have everything completed.
