   I had an emergency appointment today, 20/12/2025, at Alexandra Park Dental Experts, and I can honestly say this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. The reception team were friendly, calm, and extremely professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere straight away. Everything was well organised, punctual, and smooth, which immediately set a positive tone for the visit. The level of care and attention I received throughout my appointment was exceptional. The dentist took an extremely thorough and unhurried approach, carefully explaining every step of the process in a clear and reassuring way. Nothing felt rushed at any point. I felt truly listened to, respected, and involved in my own care. Any questions or concerns I had were answered with patience and genuine care, which made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how attentive, gentle, and precise the treatment was. Every detail was handled with professionalism and care. The dentist consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which helped me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment.    I had a really positive experience at this practice. I completed my Invisalign treatment here and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I also had composite bonding and whitening done, and I’m really happy with the results. Meera was excellent – professional, reassuring, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. The rest of the staff were fantastic too – friendly, welcoming, and very well organised. Highly recommend.

   Had to go here for an emergency appointment a while ago because of a wisdom tooth coming through. The female dentist (i think she was south asian) was absolutely rude and unprofessional. At first she kept trying to dismiss my concerns saying that i shouldn't of booked an appointment for something that wasn't an emergency. That was until she had a proper look at my infected tooth and then quickly changed her demeanour!! During the appointment she kept continuing to be rude and even just go as far as to talk sarcastically about me to her colleague in their own language whilst i was in the chair. Avoid this place at all costs!!

   Came through 111 for an emergency, pain that lasted 3 days. I requested two x-rays as the pain was intolerable and I couldn’t locate where it was coming from. He showed me one X-ray and said I need a crown. No prescription for pain meds, no second x-ray, nothing. I called my dentist who only had an appointment on Wednesday who did an amazing job. Downside I had to wait another day with pain. Turns out the bottom molar was causing the issue. He also informed me it’s very common for pain from that sometimes feels like it’s coming from everywhere. Bottom line, your dentists are not very good at their job and they’re dismissive. How do you take one look at a patient who came in urgently that same morning, and say yeah you’re good, just need a crown.

   I had such a positive experience at Alexandra Park Dentist today. I was seen urgently, and the care I received was exceptional. A big thank you to Elif at reception for being so kind and helpful, and to Dr. Nickil for treating me so promptly and with such understanding — especially as I’m currently pregnant. I felt genuinely cared for, and the whole team made what was a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional, compassionate dental practice.    I received very good service from this practice at short notice on a busy Friday afternoon. I had broken a tooth while away 2 days previously. They helped me out with an X-ray, some treatment and a very clear explanation which for me is very important. The receptionist was run off her feet and was the most polite and patient person you could meet on a Friday afternoon. Very happy to recommend this practice.

   I arrived early and was taken in for my appointment promptly. Dr Nick and his nursing assistant were very reassuring and gentle throughout my treatment. Dr Nick was very knowledgeable and provided lots of useful information and guidance going forward.    I found out late yesterday I had a bit missing from my tooth so rang today for an appointment. I didn't consider this an emergency as I had no pain but got an appointment today anyway. I only needed a small filling, a check up and 2 x-rays and all was done within 10 minutes. Excellent service as normal and all done politely, with care and in excellent clean surroundings, makes a person like me who's terrified of Dentists feel relaxed and reassured :-)

   Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and dentist is excellent and makes you feel at ease. The practice is spotless, modern and very well equipped. I was seen today by another fantastic dentist and nurse yet again. Receptionists were great also. Would definitely recommend.
