   I am really scared of dentists/dental procedures, and was referred here to have my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation. I had both my consultation and my surgery with Dr Enamul Ali, who was kind, clear and professional. Sonali and Reeta the nurses were also lovely. Whilst my fear is very much still there, the whole experience went as well as it could have done, and 2 weeks later my extraction sites have healed well and my mouth is feeling good. Thank you, London Dental Surgery Centre, for your kind and compassionate care.

   I was referred to LDSC by Barnet Hospital for a tooth extraction and was given several options. I chose IV sedation. I was contacted very quickly and booked in by the receptionist, Ash, who was extremely helpful and professional, she answered all my questions clearly and handled everything efficiently. On the day of the surgery, I was treated by Enamul Ali and Reeta. The extraction under IV sedation was completely painless, I didn’t even realise it had happened until I was already in the recovery room. They provided thorough aftercare information, which was very reassuring. From the referral at Barnet Hospital through to the treatment at LDSC, the service was excellent. I am now pain-free and would not hesitate to recommend LDSC to anyone in need of dental care at this centre.

   I was really anxious about having my tooth removed, but the Doctor Enamul Ali and his assistant Sonali were fantastic. They took the time to reassure me, made me feel calm, and the extraction went so smoothly. Also after the extraction the assistant Reeta he calmed me down before sending me home I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The receptionist Courtney was also very kind and friendly Highly recommend

   I have always had a great fear of dentists or anything to do with treatment in my mouth. The night before my appointment, I could barely sleep and spent two hours wide awake, filling my head with anxious thoughts. When I arrived at the practice, Ash, the receptionist, explained the process to me so calmly and reassured me that Dr. Torz would talk me through everything he did. From the moment I sat in the chair, Gemma, the nurse, was so kind and pleasant, and Dr. Torz was the same. They explained each step of the treatment and even engaged me in light conversation to help me relax. I must admit, I only remember parts of the procedure because I was under sedation — but I can confidently say it was not painful at all. Afterward, in the recovery room, Reeta was absolutely lovely and took such good care of me. She made sure that my husband and I knew exactly what to do before letting us leave. The whole team is extremely professional, friendly, and caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially given my fears.

   From the friendly receptionist Ash to the professionalism of the Dentist Dr Hayat and the 2 lovely recovery nurses Gemma & Reeta. I had the best experience considering how nervous I was about the wisdom tooth extraction. Thank you all so much I can't even remember the extraction and even now 24 hours later I feel fine and no need for painkillers today. Great team thanks again

   Great practice - The friendly girls on reception always so helpful and on hand to help with any queries. The dentists I have seen have always been professional and kind. Every visit has been smooth, pain free and all treatment well explained to me. I came as a one off patient for a dental extraction initially but have returned as regular patient - appointments are easy to make and readily available. Would recommend this practice!

   I visited LDSC in October 2022 to have my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Puja Chandarana who was assisted by nurse Reeta. The care that I received was excellent, everything was clearly explained to me at the right level of detail and Dr Chandarana was very friendly and put me entirely at ease. The procedure itself was very quick and painless. I followed the aftercare and pain relief instructions given and experienced minimal discomfort afterwards. Everything has healed well within the time frames that were discussed with me. Highly recommend the Surgery and Doctor.

   The extraction I needed was very difficult and Dr Puja Chandarana was an absolute professional she managed to get the whole tooth and the root out which was a real challenge. Very knowledgeable, charming and very strong, she had to be for this job!! Many thanks to her for a great job and thanks to her nurse Ashnika too, great team work all round I would recommend this surgery to anybody.

Having postponed my initial appointment due to anxiety issues, I couldn't have received better understanding and support.    I just wanted to say thank you to the gum specialist that performed surgery on my gums approximately two years ago. I've always suffered with gum issues from a young age and normally attend four hygienist cleans a year. I had a very bad infection during the pandemic and wasn't able to see anybody. My dentist couldn't help after the pandemic so he referred me to this practice. Since the surgery my gums have been excellent. The consultation was calm and informative and the surgery itself went very well. My dentist is now very happy with my gums and and is even suggesting reducing the hygienist cleans now.
