   I’ve been a patient here for a few years and hadn’t had many issues until recently, but this experience was absolute rubbish. First, they booked me in to fix my broken front tooth after a filling fell out (a filling they had done themselves not long ago). On the day of the appointment, they called me five minutes before it was due to start to cancel it and rebook me for two days later. When the appointment finally came around, I was seen by a dentist, Dr Hussein, who did a quick X-ray and then told me I would need to be rebooked again to actually have it fixed. He then claimed he would need two hours to fix the tooth and told me I would have to pay £250 privately because “he doesn’t work with the NHS.” No one mentioned this when I booked the appointment - especially considering it was previously treated on the NHS by another dentist at the same practice. The last time I attended this clinic, the exact same issue with the same tooth was fixed in the same appointment with a composite filling in under 20 minutes, and I only paid NHS Band 2. When I challenged this and pointed it out, the receptionist’s response was simply: “Well, perhaps you just got lucky then.” To make matters worse, even if I had gone ahead with this dentist privately, I would still have had to wait until January to have my front tooth fixed - and it is December now. In the end, they charged me £27.40 for absolutely nothing, and I walked out without any treatment or even another appointment booked. Not being able to smile has taken a real toll on my mental health, and I genuinely don’t understand how you can leave someone in that condition. Daylight robbers. Avoid this place as much as you can. I went to another dentist in the area and had my tooth fixed on the spot.

   I’ve always been terrified of the dentist, but my experience at this clinic has honestly changed that for me. I’ve had a few treatments done here including a deep clean, two fillings with Dr Ibrahim, and some very minimal composite work to improve the alignment of my front teeth. Every single appointment has been painless, quick, and genuinely so comfortable. Dr ibrahim was incredibly gentle and attentive, always checking that I was okay and explaining everything clearly. He truly listens to what you want and you can tell he has a real passion for transforming people’s smiles. The small amount of composite he used made such a big difference to my confidence, and it still looks completely natural. I’m so grateful for the care I received. If you’re nervous or hesitant about dental work, this is the place to go. Couldn’t recommend Dr Ibrahim enough.

   I had a private emergency appointment today with Dr. Kiran, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She greeted me warmly and guided me to the doctor. Dr. Kiran was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She explained everything with great care, answered all my questions, and it was clear that she truly loves her work. This created a sense of confidence and calm throughout the appointment. She also took the necessary X-rays for an accurate diagnosis. The dental nurse was very caring and supportive as well.    I have been grateful to have Dr Margarita as my dentist. From the first time she started attending to me she was friendly and welcoming. Dr Margarita was very thorough in her examination and took the time to explain everything clearly,I really appreciate her attention to details and handling everything gently and professional.    After going to several dentists over the years, I finally found a skilled and experienced dentist near where I live. Unfortunately, some dentists make the tooth worse instead of repairing it. But about ((( Advance Dental Suite ))) in kilburn I must say that after visiting three times for my teeth, they provided the best services every time without feeling any pain or discomfort while fixing my teeth. I am satisfied with the results and I recommend visiting this dentist especially. Get advice from MARGARITA. If you visit ask for ( MARGARITA ) once, I don't think you will change your dentist after that. Thank you MARGARITA

   The worst service by a receptionist that practically refused to serve me. She was rude, unfriendly and didn’t even bothered checking whether I was there for NHS services or through my private insurance, which was the case. Thank retendré she was doing me a favour for taking me as a patient. Appalling service and she should not be in any kind of customer service. Will never come back and certainly do not recommend. Pity leaving a good doctor due to a terrible receptionist.

   My dad and I had an awful phone call experience a few days ago with the receptionist. They were awfully rude to my dad who’s English is not great but does understand and speak it. They kept telling me to not translate after asking a long question to him as he was confused and needed translation. He was a new client and only registering now and needed an appointment asap. I’m really unhappy with the way they were communicating with him and after telling them my dad can go to the appointment alone and doesn’t need an interpreter, they got rude and kept persuading him to answer their question. This is definitely not a way to speak to anyone, especially new clients. Unfortunately after this horrible discussion, my dad decided to cancel the registration and find a different dental clinic. Learn how to speak to your client politely.

   Amazingly great service! Both receptionists were wonderfully polite, friendly and efficient! One having met me once or twice before remembered me from before the pandemic! Well the Dentist herself was AMAZING! She was a hygienist for me and a dental surgeon for my son. I've had experience of many dentists over my 50 plus years (both good and bad) and I must say she was one of, if not the Best! Friendly, gentle, caring, kind and so, so, so efficient! I must say I don't have a problem going to the dentist, but my son did have. But no longer, he actually fell a sleep in the chair whilst the dentist was working on him! The ambiance is peaceful with gentle music in the background! If dentists can be highly recommended, I am highly recommending this one and this practice! They do Saturday appointments too!
