   The women on the desk is extremely rude they now told me she talking my 6 year old of the list i got promise yesterday on the phone today he would been seen the other women who said that not working today u called yesterday at 10:33 iv been going to this dentist over 10 years the have changed all the stuff who are unprofessional and rude this complaint will be going further for discriminating against me !!! I told the lady i forget the time as i have dyslexia wasn’t sure if it was 4:00 or 4:30 as i did not get confirmation she was not trying to help at all she was being patronising towards this situation i am furious my 6 year old is in pain and all she can say is she removed him of this list !!!

   very disrespectful receptionist. I just wanted to book an appointment for my son and she snapped at me for no reason and hung up on me before letting me finish my sentence. when my husband called them back to get her name to write a complaint, she refused to provide it. she claimed she was the manager I have no problem with the dentists there, it's just the receptionist

   Dodgy dentist. Don't attend! I was mislead into £900 treatment. Just to be misdiagnosed. Since realising I've been misdiagnosed the dental practice still pursuing payment instead of correcting there mistake. Don't make the same fault with this fraudulent business.

   Unreliable and dishonest. Never answer the phone and then claim you've missed appointments. Also ask for card details over the phone, which is pretty dodgy.

   I gave 5 stars ⭐️ for the following reasons. Firstly thank you to the friendly welcoming and exceptionally efficient staff on reception. You are the first port of contact for customers and each time I have come I have noted how professional you are. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one. Secondly thank you to my dentist Simone, my treatment was life changing and you made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, Simone explained step by step and used simple layman’s language that I was able to understand. During treatment Simone was repeatedly reassuring me. I am smiling, something I have not been able to do. Thank you Simone Thank you to the amazing dental nurses, you made me feel comfortable and at ease. Finally thank you for the follow up and aftercare is excellent. I will be recommending this dental practice to friends and family members.
