   I have been seeing Dr Noorali for the last couple of months for ongoing treatment, and I just have to write to say that I have been so impressed. I have felt very well cared for, he has been generous with his advice and time, I have never felt pressured, and every decision I've had to make about my treatment has been unhurried, and he has been very patient answering all my questions. I have felt heard, cared for and in very professional hands. I am very grateful. The rest of the team I have interacted with have also been professional and friendly. I never thought I would look forward to coming to the dentist, but I do when I come here! Thank you.

   This dentist is a clown show. The receptionists are lovely. The dentists are terrible. I’ve been with this dentist for a number of years and had a number of traumatising events. They do not respect nhs patients and they do not care about your teeth. One time a man kept coming in the room when I was in the chair - mouth wide open having work done and stocking a cupboard next to me, he came in multiple times and each time my blood started boiling, after I addressed it, they looked at me like I’m the crazy one for feeling disrespected, there was dust flying everywhere and not only was it a complete lack of respect and absolutely outrageous, hygenically it was a great cause for concern especially while putting a filling in my mouth - I’m still not over that years later. Another time an Asian man used an instrument to bang on all my teeth when I met him the first time which made me think he was malicious and trying to damage my teeth, because my teeth could have easily broke or shattered at that moment from what he did which caused me to have to tell a private dentist I saw at another surgery later down the line do not bang on my teeth. Another time I was sedated for work to be done but partially conscious with my eyes open and could hear which made the female dentist uncomfortable, after the work was done they would not let me discuss the situation and instead rushed me out, another situation I am still not over. Another time they did a very bad job on a tooth next to my front one and put glue all over my front tooth which extremely bothered me and stayed there for years. Stephanie was a kind dentist to me, who did work on my teeth which has lasted me well but didn’t explain things to me properly at the time, didn’t encourage me to see the hygienist and get my teeth cleaned, only cared about that one task at the time, not the overall health of my teeth. I went privately with another dentist to have a full check up and was told that I had periodontal disease yet this dentist completely missed the early signs or progression of it because they simply do not care about nhs patients. They also did 2 referrals for a specialist endodontist for me and neither appointment ever came. I wish I was how I am now back then because I’ve learned a lot from all their incompetence and now I don’t let anything slide, I would definitely have made many complaints and collected all my data under the GDPR to see if the referrals were even made. This is the worst dentist surgery ever. I now have another issue with my teeth and instead of coming back to them, I’m going to a different dentist to do part nhs part private work, a dentist surgery who actually has standards and strives to provide real quality and care. You can see this practices level of care just by the copy-and-pasted responses they leave on reviews. The response itself is borderline illiterate, and a reviewer who suffered serious nerve damage didn’t even receive a reply. Let that speak for itself, it represents them exactly as they are.

   After a series of problematic dentist visits in other surgeries, Perry Vale couldn't have been more different. Friendly service, the dentist was very kind and patient with me as a nervous person when it comes to dentists and all my options were clearly explained to me. Happy to recommend!

   I would recommend this practice if you are considering a dental implant. Absolutely first class treatment and dental work that is backed up with solid aftercare. If you are considering a dental implant then this is a great place to discuss your options without pressure. I would recommend without hesitation. I continue to have annual checkups and am very pleased with the service and advice.

   We had a family visit with Dr. Peng and we were made feel very comfortable, both girls are very anxious about going to the dentist, they felt at ease and they cannot wait for the next visit. I also had a hygienist appointment with Dr. Marta and my teeth look fantastic and feel really clean, she clearly talked me through what she was doing at all times which really helped me and her gentile approach felt like a relaxing massage to my teeth. If it wasn't the air flow, I nearly fallen asleep.

   I had a great first visit here yesterday! I was greeted by Kerry and Margaret at reception who were both friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My appointment started promptly at the time it was due to begin. I saw Roya who was very professional and informative and made me feel at ease. She talked me through everything she was doing and I learned a lot in the short time I was there. I was able to easily book another appointment at reception before leaving. I look forward to my next visit and I feel very happy to have found a local, reliable and friendly practice!

   I did not have the best experience with this dentist it has taken me a while to complete the review as I don’t like to bad mouth services as I know times are hard and every one is struggle. However the treatment I received from them from start to end was appalling. You will not believed i paid them after my experience. It started initially when I had my initial assessments and had to wait until the day before my op for my treatment plan after rumours emails and calls (time between them was 4 months. My initial op involved sedation and the start of 3 implants and a separate gold cap. The op went ok, but when I said I had infection And needed a stronger antibiotic I had to wait for days for the amoxi to finish, which lead me to days of pain only for them to then give the stronger antibiotics that relived me in hours. After it took them 4 attempts to get the gold cap right as they initially refused to look at the cap I had removed for reference. 2 further extra appointments for fittings they lost and tried to tell me i had not had them done. Then to add insult to injury the last day I went to the final appointment they said i have to pay before I have the treatment. My bill was over 7k and I had already paid over half, but this is what they felt they needed to do. Nobody else had to do this before they where treated. I also did not have to do it the initial op they took the money off me after the appointment. The extra time off work was never considered nor was I compensated and then finally they overcharged me after they had made a fuse about me prepaying before treatment. As for my implants they are actually fine, I have had no issues with them since the original infection. However my gold is too short and is not what i ordered. I disliked the fact that the dentist tried to convince me the cap was the right length like it was not totally obvious. I was so over being in that dentist I am suffering with it. Would not recommend them to anyone.
